  2. Boil the beef tongue and remove the skin from hot, dipping in cold water. Cut into strips.
  3. Pour pomegranate juice into thin slices of onion.
  4. Fry the nuts and chop finely with a knife.
  5. Cut the pepper into strips, and the bitter pepper into small cubes.

  1. Chop the onion into thin half rings, put it in a deep bowl.
  2. Wash canned beans cold water... We put it in a colander so that all the liquid is drained, and then add to the onion. Optionally, you can replace canned beans fresh, but it must be soaked in water in advance and boiled until tender.
  3. Having cleaned all the seeds, cut the bell pepper into thin strips, transfer to a bowl. For spiciness, add chili, chopping it into the smallest possible pieces.
