You can put the nuts in dessert and in this form, but if the nuts are slightly calcined (fried) in a pan, then their taste changes and intensifies, and the nuts themselves become brittle and crispy. Well, heat treatment will not interfere with the nuts, which are sold already peeled, you never know where they have been. This applies not only walnuts... So, pour the nuts into a dry frying pan without oil and put them on the stove at a slightly less than average power. Calcine the nuts, stirring constantly for even roasting. When the nuts start to turn brown, remove from the stove, pour the nuts into a cup and leave to cool. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes.

Apples are next. Remove the peel from the apples, cut it in half, take out the core (it is convenient to do it with a teaspoon) and cut into plates.

Now we will caramelize the apples. We will do this in order to make the apple taste richer and add apple-caramel sauce to the filling. Pour cinnamon, brown sugar and apples into a dry frying pan, stir and put on the stove at medium power.

Stirring constantly, we warm up the contents of the pan: the sugar will begin to melt, and the apples will give juice. The roasting process is light and very aromatic.
