The boiling time of the sauce is 3 minutes, in parallel we dilute the starch in 50 ml. plain water, mix until smooth, pour into boiling sauce, and cook for another five minutes. The glaze is ready! By the way, in the photo you can see how I vigorously stirred the sauce :))

We take out the finished ribs from the oven, they should look something like this - soft, with a light crust on the surface. Do not just admire them, it is better to drive your friends away from the stove with something heavy, otherwise "salt tests" will begin, and they will devour everything :))

Without letting the ribs cool, very quickly spread them on top with our glaze. I have a special culinary brush, but it also works great with a spoon.
The task is to very quickly cover the ribs with an even layer of glaze, and at the same time do not burn your hands on the baking sheet: o)))

We put the ribs back into the oven and cook for another 15-20 minutes. We put it on a plate, impatiently pour ourselves a glass of cold kvass ...
