If there is a red fish on the table - it's already a holiday! Since it is not cheap, but so tasty that you don’t mind the money, and especially when it comes to some kind of celebration. Besides the wonderful taste this fish also has a very long track record of usefulness. The most important of them (in my opinion) is, of course, Omega-3. Therefore, whenever possible, try to pamper yourself with this delicacy!The red fish in salads looks great, with its participation they immediately acquire an elegant look. One of these festive delicious salads with red fish and I want to present to your attention today.

Ingredients for Red Fish Salad with Layers:

  • - red fish - 50-70 grams;
  • - fresh tomato - 1 piece;
  • - fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • - medium potatoes - 1 root vegetable;
  • - chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • - mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • - dill - a couple of twigs.

How to make a puff salad with red fish:

Let's start our preparations by putting potatoes and eggs to boil. We will cook the potatoes in their uniforms and it is better to dip them into the already boiled water. On the contrary, fill the eggs with cold water (after rinsing them). Let me remind you: it will take 8-10 minutes to get a hard-boiled egg. from the moment the water boils. After boiling, both potatoes and eggs are best cooled by immersion in cold water.

After this part of the process is completed, we proceed to the direct formation of a festive salad with red fish. By the way, about red fish: it is much cheaper to salt it yourself, buying it fresh (if, of course, there is such an opportunity).

We take a flat plate (grease the bottom with mayonnaise) and spread the potatoes grated on a coarse grater in the first layer.

Cover it well with mayonnaise.

Cut the red fish into cubes (we leave a few stripes for decoration). We spread it on top of the potatoes.

Now we take on the cucumber. First, we cut it into longitudinal plates, and then grind it into cubes. We cover the fish and potato sides with it.

Cover the entire surface with mayonnaise. It is best to use soft-packaged mayonnaise.

Next, we clean the eggs from the shell and be sure to rinse them with water (to get rid of small fragments). Separate the whites from the yolks. We rub the proteins on a fine grater and evenly distribute them over the entire surface of the future salad.

The remaining yolks (also grated on a fine grater) cover the upper part.

Now comes the most crucial moment - we will decorate our holiday salad... We make roses from the laid-back stripes of red fish (twisting them slightly in a spiral). We put them on top of the salad. Cut the tomato into slices and spread in a circle. We finish our festive composition with delicate sprigs of dill.

It takes 30 minutes to prepare such a salad, and 6 servings are obtained from the listed ingredients.

Ingredients for the dish "Salad with red fish and processed cheese":

  • - processed cheese curds - 2 pcs.;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - salted red fish (fillet or slicing) - 300 g;
  • - greens (dill, parsley) - a small bunch;
  • - red caviar - 1 tsp;
  • - mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. spoons.

How to make red salted fish salad:

Start cooking with processed cheese. Grate the curds on a fine grater.

Then boil the eggs and grate them also on a fine grater.

If you have salted fish fillets, cut 6 pieces wide for garnish. Cut the rest of the fish into small pieces. If you have fish cuts, set aside 6 pieces, finely chop the rest.

Chop the greens finely. Leave a few twigs for decoration.

Mix all cooked products (grated cheese and eggs, chopped fish and herbs) by adding 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise. There is no need to salt the salad, as the curds and fish contain salt.

Take small plates (rectangular, round or otherwise) and lay out the salad. Next, shape the salad into a brick with the flat side of the knife.

Then take a bag of mayonnaise, cut off a corner, leaving a small hole. Squeeze the mayonnaise into this hole, patterning the lettuce brick.

Place the eggs in the cells of the mayonnaise pattern. It is more convenient to do this with tweezers. In this case, the eggs will retain their shape and will not burst.

Now it's time to leave the fish pieces. Take one piece and roll it into a tube. Place the curled fish butt on the edge of the plate. Spread the top of the fish tube a little to make a rose. Take sprigs of greenery and make leaves near the rose.

Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. After this time, the salad can be served.
