  3. We open a jar of pink salmon, decant the liquid, and use a fork to grind the fish.
  4. One boiled egg should be finely grated or finely chopped with a knife.
  5. We remove the husk from the onion, rinse it with hot water and cut it into cubes as little as possible.
  6. The rest of the eggs must be divided into a protein part and a yolk. Rub them separately on a fine grater.
  7. In a vessel, mix all the ingredients, salt, add pepper, mayonnaise, but carefully so as not to overdo it. We form balls and roll some of them in grated protein, the rest in yolk.
