Brownie with cottage cheese and cherries recipe in a slow cooker. Chocolate brownie in a slow cooker

My next culinary discovery is that Brownie turns out better in a slow cooker than in an oven. Since I made this discovery, I only bake a nice American cake in a slow cooker, I bake it often and in different ways.

The fact is that the multicooker creates high humidity during cooking, thanks to which Brownie is perfect, and you can safely experiment with fillers - add cherries, cottage cheese, nuts, or all at once. It always works! Today, for example, I made a brownie with cottage cheese and cherries. Join us.

But before we start, a few rules of preparation:

- a shallow rectangular baking dish (so that the biscuit is baked as needed),
- cakes are cut into squares,
- chocolate for cooking must contain from 55% cocoa.

Preparation: 20 minutes.
Preparation: 50 minutes.
Output: 8 pieces.
In the preparation of Brownie, we used a Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker with a power of 1000 W and a bowl volume of 5 liters.

Ingredients

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate (the higher the cocoa content, the better)
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2/3 st. sugar (140 g)
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g pitted cherries (can be frozen)
  • 180 g cottage cheese (I use low fat)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp almond petals

Preparation

Big photos Small photos

Break 3 eggs into a bowl (we will leave one for the curd filling) and add 90 g of sugar (about half a faceted glass). At the same time, you can put on water bath a bowl of chocolate and butter, it is better to immediately break the chocolate into wedges. For speed, you can melt them in microwave oven, but I prefer more gentle heating.

Take a whisk and gently mix the sugar with the eggs, in no case beat, just stir in a circle to one side.

Stir the chocolate and butter periodically, as soon as all the chocolate wedges are dissolved and the mass becomes silky, remove it from the water bath.

In another bowl, combine the components of the curd filling - 1 egg, a pack of curd and 50 g of sugar, you can also add a little vanillin.

Stir with a whisk curd filling, but do not beat if you like curd grains (graininess).

Return to the egg mass, continuing to stir it with a whisk in a circle, add 2 tablespoons of flour and vanillin.

Once the mass is smooth, pour in the cooled melted chocolate with butter.

Stir the dough and chocolate in the same circular motion to one side.

Drain the pitted cherries from the defrosted pitted cherries and add the cherries to the dough.

Stir gently so there are no cherries clumped or wrinkled.

Grease the multicooker bowl with a small piece of butter and sprinkle with a pinch of flour.

Pour half of it into the bottom of the multicooker bowl chocolate dough, or a part with berries left over batter we will pour the cake on top. Pour the curd filling next. For beauty, you can spread it out in islands using a teaspoon.

If, like me, you just poured the curd filling, stir both layers in a spiral from the outer edge of the curd layer towards the center.

Drizzle the rest of the chocolate dough over the top.

Smooth out the top coat with a spoon or silicone spatula.

And sprinkle on top almond petals, it is advisable to pre-fry them in a dry frying pan.

Set the bake setting to 50 minutes or 10 minutes less than the usual time for your multicooker.

You need to check the readiness of Brownie with a wooden torch - it should remain on it chocolate chips, but not batter... Try to pierce the pie in places where there are no cherries and curd (closer to the edge). If the torch comes out dry and without crumbs, it means that the cake is overexposed, and the chocolate aroma will soon disappear from it, so it is customary to underbake it in the oven until it is fully cooked. In a multicooker Brownie, this does not threaten, the baked goods in it never burn or dry out, besides, the cottage cheese and juicy cherries in the filling make the cake even more moist.

It is better to cool the finished pie directly in the multicooker bowl with the lid open. If the chocolate flavor starts to dominate you, take out the multicooker bowl and place it on the rack so the Brownie will cool down faster.

There is no risk of sediment on a pie without baking powder, but it has a lot of juicy ingredients, so carefully remove it with a steaming container, cut into squares (the classic brownie shape) and serve with tea.
