Cheesecakes made from curd mass are a dish for the lazy, since the mass does not need to be rubbed long and tediously through a sieve like ordinary cottage cheese, therefore delicious treat cooks twice as fast. If you do not want to spend the whole morning in the kitchen, then buy a curd mass in the evening and in the morning for hastily fry such a yummy. I prefer curd mass with raisins, since you don't need to buy it separately, then wash it, then dry it. Curd mass with raisins will save you time.

  • 300 grams of sweet curd mass with raisins,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 55 grams of flour + for rolling,
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar,
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Beat the chicken egg with a whisk.

I put sweet curd mass with raisins to it. Usually, for curd cakes, cottage cheese is rubbed through a sieve to achieve a delicate structure, but here the mass is very soft, so this saves time. The curd mass is also sweet, so the taste of the curd cakes is amazing. I began to often use curd mass with raisins, since my children love such a delicacy very much, they are happy to choose raisins and are happy.

I pour granulated sugar into the curd dough. I put less than usual, as the curd mass is already sweet in itself. If I put 100 grams of sugar for cottage cheese pancakes, here I add half as much. I also pour a little flour into the dough to hold the syrniki together.

I pour a little flour on a plate, put the curd dough with a spoon, cover it with a cup and twist it in one direction until you get a smooth cheese pan.

I shift the cheese pancakes into a frying pan with butter.

I fry so that a brown crust forms, but I fry over low heat so that the cheesecakes are fried from the inside.

The hot syrniki are ready, and I immediately serve them to the table, where all my relatives have already gathered.
