Ingredients:

  • milk - 3.5 cups;
  • sugar, salt - to taste;
  • apples - 0.5 pcs.;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Pour milk into a saucepan or ladle and bring to a boil.

2.Pour oatmeal into boiling milk, salt and add sugar.

3. Cook the oatmeal, stirring constantly so that nothing burns (about 15 minutes). The cooking time depends on the size of the Hercules flakes, exact time for brewing, see the package. Turn off the prepared porridge.

4. Grate the apple.

5. Put the oatmeal in a plate, add the grated apple and butter on top.

Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes 150 g
  • Apples 60 g
  • Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1.5 tablespoons
  • Water 220 ml

Pour oatmeal into a saucepan, salt and add a spoonful of sugar. Mix, fill with water, put butter on top. We put on a tile, over a moderate heat. Stir the porridge while cooking. As soon as the flakes have absorbed all the water, remove from heat. If you have a very playful tile, then it will take about three minutes.
While the porridge is boiling, cut half an apple into squares and put it on a plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top and put a tablespoon of honey.

When the porridge is ready, transfer it to apples with cinnamon and honey, mix. Top can be decorated with berries or mint.

Oatmeal with applesauce

Ingredients

  • oat flakes
  • sweet apples - 2-3 pcs
  • water / milk
  • cinnamon to taste

Preparation:

1. Peel the apples. our apples must be very sweet. Grind both apples into puree in a blender.
2. Pour the oatmeal into a saucepan for 2 portions, pour applesauce... Mix, add water. You can grind three apples, then you need even less water, and the porridge will be even more apple and sweeter.
3. Stir the porridge, bring to a boil, remove the heat and simmer under the lid for 5-10 minutes, stir sometimes. Add cinnamon and after a minute turn it off and let it brew a little.
4. Decorate the porridge with slices fresh apple, can be sprinkled with raisins, nuts, etc.

I want to note that I add applesauce already in ready-made porridge- it tastes better for me: o)

Oatmeal with apples and cream

Ingredients:

  • 150 g oatmeal
  • milk - 400 ml
  • 70 ml cream, 10% fat
  • apples - 2 pieces
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • sugar - 50g
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Pour oatmeal into a saucepan. Pour in Apple juice and milk, add sugar. Put on fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and leave in a warm place for another 5 minutes.

2. Wash the apples, peel and cut into thin slices. Add apples, cinnamon and cream to the hot porridge. Stir quickly and serve.

Oatmeal with stewed apples

Ingredients:

  • a glass of oatmeal;
  • 1.5 cups of water for cooking flakes;
  • 2 apples;
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon;
  • a handful of walnuts;
  • 1 teaspoon l. butter;
  • sugar, salt according to your taste.

Preparation:

  1. Place water in a small saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. While stirring, add the oatmeal. The water should cover the flakes with two fingers. Porridge is considered very useful when it is slightly thin and viscous. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes until oatmeal is done.
  2. Peel the apples, cut into slices, put in a pan with heated butter, sprinkle ground cinnamon and simmer with the lid open for 5 minutes, the apples should soften. The aroma is already preparing our stomach for breakfast, producing saliva!
  3. Crush the walnuts in a mortar until finely crumbled, or larger if you want to taste them on the tongue. Mix the nut crumbs with the prepared oatmeal.
  4. Put apples on the bottom of the plate, cover with a layer of porridge, on top again lay out beautifully apple slices and several whole walnut kernels. Serve to the table.

Oatmeal porridge with apples in caramel

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fine oatmeal
  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 1 tbsp butter (50 g)
  • 2 apples
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • cinnamon to taste (¼ tsp)
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Pour oatmeal with milk, add salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Peel the apples, core them and cut into cubes about 1 cm in size.

3. Put butter and diced apples in a frying pan, add cinnamon, add sugar, put on fire.
Fry the apples over low heat as you wish - the apples should become completely soft and covered with a layer of caramel syrup. I fried them for about 5 minutes and they turned out with a little crunch. The roasting time and the amount of sugar depends on the apple variety and your taste preferences.

4, Fan the porridge with a fan of stewed apple slices, drizzle with the remaining caramel syrup, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and serve.
