The recipe for one of my favorite cakes - with nuts, raisins and poppy seeds combined with condensed milk cream - is simply delicious! It will brighten any holiday!
I call this cake - "Three cakes". Also, raisins can be replaced with dried apricots.
Ingredients:
Nuts - 0.75 cups
Raisins - 0.75 cups
Poppy - 0.75 cups

For 1 cake:
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 100 gr
Sour cream - 125 gr
Flour - 100 gr
Starch - 1 tablespoon
Soda - 0.5 tablespoons
Cream:
300 ml condensed milk
100 gr drain oil.

I have never tried to cook this cake with cream on sour cream. Usually I prepare it for Smetannik, while Caprice is not associated with this cream at all. It will be interesting to hear the opinion of other sweet tooths on how delicious the cake turns out in this version.

For her daughter-in-law's birthday she decided to make a "Ladies' whim" cake. This cake is a honey cake.

The dough is prepared according to the same principle as in the Spartak cake, although the ingredients are slightly different, but the cream is radically different. The cake is sandwiched with a cream based on boiled condensed milk and sprinkled with nut crumbs, due to this it has a rich nutty taste and aroma.

To prepare the cakes, prepare the products according to the list.

Mix eggs with sugar, put in a steam bath and beat until whitened.

Then add honey and butter while whisking.

Add cocoa and baking soda to a bowl. Bubbles will start to appear in the mixture.

Gradually adding flour, knead a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll into balls.

Cut off a square piece of parchment and roll out the dough very thinly with a rolling pin. I rolled out cakes with a diameter of 22 cm. When baking, the cakes will rise. I rolled out 2 cakes at once and baked one by one. The cakes are baked very quickly, for 4-5 minutes per cake at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Some of the cakes turned out to be smooth and beautiful, ready for further work, and some had to be cut off a little, since they were not baked completely round. Fold the cakes in a pile.

For the cream, whisk the butter well with a whisk, add the boiled condensed milk and stir until smooth.

Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath, cool a little and add a little to the cream.

Prepare for impregnation instant coffee with sugar, it is better that it is sweet. Put the first cake on a plate, pour coffee over it, it is better to do this with a brush.

Then grease the cake with cream and sprinkle a little with chopped nut crumbs. Chop the nuts beforehand.

Thus, grease all the cakes with cream. The top crust can also be greased with cream, but do not sprinkle with nuts. Mix the remaining nuts with the crushed pieces of cake layers to sprinkle over the whole cake.

To cook chocolate icing... Heat the cream, add dark chocolate, broken into pieces, and stir in a minute until smooth.

Pour the icing on top of the cake, spreading it evenly as it starts to drip. Then put foil around the edges under the cake, so that it is more convenient to sprinkle it with crumbs.

You can sprinkle the whole cake, but I only wanted the side, and I decorated the top with chocolates in colored glaze. Let the cake soak overnight at room temperature, if not very hot or on the balcony.
