Ingredients:

  • flour - 150 g;
  • semolina - 50 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • sugar - 50 g.

Preparation

Grind semolina in a coffee grinder.

Combine semolina and flour. Add soft butter and rub.

Add sugar, mix thoroughly until smooth.

Cut a circle out of parchment, the diameter is the diameter of your microwave dish. Roll out the dough on parchment into a round cake layer with a diameter of 20.5 cm. Carefully prick the entire circle with a fork. Transfer to a turntable and microwave.

Bake at 850 watts for 3-5 minutes. The crust in the middle will be soft - as it should be. Immediately cut the cake into 8 pieces, cut from center to edge. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then transfer the slices to a kitchen wire rack to cool completely until crisp.

For cooking you will need:

  • butter - 50 g;
  • honey - 50 g;
  • granulated sugar and milk - 2 tbsp each spoons;
  • wheat flour - 250 g;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • ground cinnamon - 2 tsp.

Preparation

In a non-metallic bowl, combine butter, honey, sugar and milk. Place the bowl in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute.

After removing the bowl from the oven, stir all food in it well until smooth.

In another deep bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Pour the honey-milk mixture next.

Knead the dough, it should be soft and very pliable.

Grease a non-metallic baking sheet (special square baking sheet with rubberized bottom and Teflon lining).

Make balls or bagels (whichever you like best and how much), but use no more than one teaspoon of dough for one cookie.

Place on a baking sheet with a gap of up to 2 centimeters.

Place the baking sheet in the microwave on maximum power for 2-3 minutes. Then take out the baking sheet, remove the cookies, transfer to the wire rack and cool.

Serve with tea or milk.

  • Recipe with nuts

Ingredients

  • flour - 125 g;
  • yolk - 1;
  • sugar - 55 g;
  • butter - 70 g;
  • walnuts - 75 g;
  • chocolate - 50 g.

Preparation

Rub butter (it should be soft) with sugar. Add the yolk and mash again.

Add flour and knead the dough.

Dust the surface and roll out a layer of 2 mm on it. Sprinkle on top with chopped nuts, press them (you can lightly ride with a rolling pin. Only slightly!)

Cut into squares or rectangles (small 3x3 or 3x4). Place the cookies around the circumference of the turntable, not in the center.

Bake for a couple of minutes at full (800W) power.

Transfer to wire rack.

Chocolate, put in a small plastic bag, in the microwave. Cut off a corner and apply strips over the top of the cookies. Put the cookies in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Serve the treat!

  • Recipe for shortbread cookies with semolina and nuts

Ingredients:

  • semolina- 75 g;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • sugar - 75 g;
  • oil -125 g;
  • walnuts - 40 g peeled.

Preparation

In a bowl, combine semolina, sugar and flour. Add soft butter and mix until smooth.

Roll out a round layer.

Cover the turntable with parchment and place the dough here. Prick with a fork. Chop the nuts, evenly cover the surface with them.

Bake for 3-4 minutes at full power.

After removing from the microwave, immediately cut into pieces, refrigerate on a wire rack. When the cookies have cooled, they will be crispy.
