Then pass the meat, onions, garlic and bread through a meat grinder. The bread can be simply crumbled with your hands. Add egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste.

Mix well to get a more or less homogeneous cutlet mass.


For the filling, you need to peel the egg and grate it. Rinse and grind greens. You can take parsley, dill or green onions. Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.

Preparation:

Add egg, pepper, salt, grated cheese to the minced meat, mix.

Form balls with wet hands and squeeze them, giving the desired shape.

Breaded each cutlet with flour on both sides, spread it on a baking sheet, grease it with oil, and then place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Turn the cutlets after 20 minutes of baking, add 1/3 cup of water to a baking sheet and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.
