Salad with corn, croutons

How many different salads are already known in which crab sticks are used, and it is difficult to count. But this one is not quite ordinary and is definitely different from all the already known ones. The mushrooms used in it create something magical, the salad combines the most best products, the most amazing flavors. Yes, and you can talk about its taste for a very long time, but it is better not to waste time on this, but to cook and see for yourself all of the above.

Required components:

  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 3 large eggs;
  • 400 gr. corn in a can;
  • 250 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 200 gr. fresh bread;
  • 120 g mayonnaise;
  • 10 gr. lemon juice;
  • 20 gr. parsley;
  • 2 gr. salt;
  • 2 gr. pepper.

Cooking in stages:

  1. The rusks are prepared first. For this purpose, fresh bread is cut into small cubes and poured into a frying pan, in which it is fried without adding oil. Then they are cooled.
  2. The defrosted crab sticks are freed from the existing film and each stick is individually cut into small cubes.
  3. Eggs are laid out in a saucepan, filled with water and boiled for no more than twelve minutes. After their expiration, the boiling water is drained, and poured cold water, in which the eggs are cooled. Then they are cleaned and cut into small pieces with a knife.
  4. The jar in which the mushrooms are located is opened, the marinade is drained, the mushrooms themselves are laid out on a board and, in turn, each copy is cut into slices.
  5. A can of corn is also opened, the marinade is also drained.
  6. Pour all the products already prepared at the moment into a bowl, sprinkle them a little lemon juice, pour with mayonnaise, add pepper and salt if necessary, mix everything well with a spoon.
  7. The greens are washed, put on a board and finely chopped with a knife.
  8. Sprinkle the salad abundantly with chopped herbs.

Tip: to make the croutons more flavorful, you can add garlic crushed in a garlic maker and any spices available during the cooking process. It is also allowed to fry them not in a dry frying pan, but with the addition olive oil, which will give a special taste. But in this case, the finished bread crumbs will need to be dried on a napkin so that the excess fat will drain off as they cool.

Corn salads, in which rusks are also used, are always quick to prepare and unsurpassed taste... All components of these dishes are available, often in the refrigerator.
