Anyone can do yeast dough that you love. I sometimes have dough left over when I make pies. I put the leftovers in the freezer, then I cook something else out of it, including pizza. I talked about this when I published the recipe, there you can see the recipe for a quick yeast dough.

But if I make pizza, then I make it from a different dough and, in my opinion, it is more suitable for this. The dough for pies is more rich, and as a basis for pizza, this fact is completely optional. I suggest a simple and quick recipe yeast pizza dough.

We need:

  • water - 250 ml
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil- 2 tbsp. l.
  • flour - 500 gr.

From this number of ingredients, I get 3 pizzas. How much you get depends on what size you will make them and how thick. We love it when the base is thin, but I know that there are fans of thick pizza, then it is better to use another dough, for example, the one to which I gave the link. If you do not need 3 pieces, then reduce the amount of ingredients, observing the proportion, or put the leftovers in the freezer.

  1. The water needs to be heated, but not until hot. Pour into a bowl warm water, put yeast, sugar, salt, vegetable oil - mix and add 200 grams of flour. Knead the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.
  2. As soon as the dough starts to bubble and increase in volume, add the remaining flour. Flour is different, so you may need more, maybe less. So add gradually. The dough shouldn't be too steep, but it shouldn't stick to your hands either.
  3. As soon as it acquires the look we need, it becomes soft and elastic, form a ball out of it, leave it on the table, covered with a towel, so that all the ingredients become friends with each other. For a long time I do not leave him without attention, if the yeast is fresh, then in an hour you can start making pizza.

Let's start by making yeast dough. Pour flour, salt, sugar and yeast into a deep container. I used yeast that does not need to be diluted with water first, this yeast is immediately added to the flour. Be sure to read the instructions before using yeast. Make a depression in the center and add olive oil.

Next, pour in warm boiled water and knead soft dough... First stir the dough with a spoon and then knead it with your hands for 5-7 minutes. If the dough is thin, then add a little flour. Kneading such a dough is a pleasure, it turns out to be warm, soft and pliable. Put the resulting dough in a deep container, cover with a lid and put in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that it rises.

After 30 minutes, remember it a little again, divide by required amount pieces and roll out into a thin layer. It is most convenient to roll out the dough directly on baking paper or on a silicone mat, so that later you do not transfer the dough from the table to a baking sheet and do not tear. The specified amount of dough is enough for two thin pan-sized pizzas.

Filled Pizza No. 1:

The dough is ready, you can start collecting. Yeast dough pizza is prepared just like any other pizza. The dough is rolled into a thin layer and smeared with tomato sauce. I took ready-made tomato sauce for bolognese pasta, but you can cook it yourself by chopping fresh tomatoes or tomatoes with a knife into own juice and mixing them with salt, pepper and dried basil and oregano. Pre-fry the minced meat with salt, pepper and spices, cool, then put it on the tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated Russian cheese and Mozzarella cheese cut into thin slices on top.
