Good luck with your culinary creativity and bon appetit!

Perhaps some of you remember casseroles from the school cafeteria or kindergarten. As a rule, it was a moist and flat substance. But curd casserole in a slow cooker is the complete opposite of government baked goods. See for yourself - what a delicious and airy beauty! But this is dessert. If you want something more serious, we recommend trying it, also cooked in a cartoon.

Do you want to cook the same one? It couldn't be easier! This is a mix and bake recipe. No difficulties and secrets, even a novice hostess can handle it.

In addition to the multicooker itself and the ingredients, you will need a mixer and a blender (if you have two-in-one - great) to chop, beat, mix well. Of course, all this can be done manually: grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, and beat the whites with a whisk, but in this case the recipe will no longer be so simple.

Ingredients for curd casserole

  • 400-440 grams of cottage cheese (I bake with five percent);
  • 150 gr sour cream;
  • 1.5 multi-glasses of sugar;
  • Banana;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of starch;
  • Vanillin
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

The banana in this recipe is optional., we just really like how it combines with cottage cheese. Therefore, we strongly recommend adding a banana to the casserole, although you can cook without it.

In general, this recipe is conducive to creativity. You can add some cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and even dried ginger to the casserole. No less delicious casserole it will turn out if you add a little cocoa. And thanks to the whipped proteins and the complete absence of flour, airy baked goods are very similar to tender soufflé that melts in your mouth. However, first things first.

Kneading the dough

First, let's separate the egg whites from the yolks. We will beat them separately to create a fluffy foam, so it is better to get the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance. Warm proteins rise much faster.

Well, put the yolks in a separate bowl, add cottage cheese, peeled and cut into pieces banana, sour cream, starch, vanillin and grind all the ingredients with a blender until smooth.

Now that the main ingredients are well mixed and an airy curd mass is obtained, we put the blender aside, arm ourselves with a mixer and begin to beat the whites, gradually adding sugar.

I put in one and a half multi-glasses, but if you need a low-calorie or children's casserole, it is better to put less sugar, and buy low-fat cottage cheese.

Beat the whites until stable peaks. What does it mean? Look at the photo. If you make a slide on the surface of the protein with a spoon, and it will not disappear, the job is done!

When you have such a thick and fluffy foam, gently mix it with the curd mass. At this point, you can not use either a mixer or a blender. We introduce the protein manually, in small portions, gently stirring with a spoon from top to bottom.

Until the "dough" has settled, grease the multicooker pan faster butter to prevent the casserole from sticking to the sides. Pour gently curd mass.

How to bake cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker

We select the program "Baking", set the time. Cottage cheese casserole in a Panasonic multicooker is cooked for 65 minutes. And in more powerful models (for example, in our Polaris PMC 0527D) in 60 minutes, the bottom and sides of any baked goods are very golden brown, which may not please everyone.

Someone likes baking more crispy, someone paler. And if you are familiar with the features of your multicooker, you can determine the cooking time yourself, depending on the preferences of the family, from 50 to 65 minutes.

But the most important thing is that after the end of the program, in no case open the lid of the multicooker. The baked goods must cool completely!

This rule applies to any cottage cheese baked goods, and especially to airy casserole, which, due to the sharp temperature drop, can crack and settle. Of course, the taste will not change from this, but you must admit that it is much more pleasant to serve a beautiful and even casserole to the table.

When the casserole is lukewarm, use a plastic steam container to remove it from the saucepan. Now you can cut off a piece, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, garnish with berries, jam or twig mint. If you cook homemade yogurt, be sure to put a spoon on top, these two yummy things go well with each other. And bon appetit. My favorite recipe

This is quick recipe tender and airy baking.

For a sweet dessert, prepare the following set of foods:

  • 500 gr of cottage cheese;
  • 3-4 eggs;
  • condensed milk.

Cooking is simple:

  1. Beat the eggs and add the chopped cottage cheese to them.
  2. Pour the condensed milk next.
  3. The oven needs 40 minutes. In this case, the temperature regime should be 180-200 degrees.

You can do it a little differently. Separate the proteins and refrigerate. First, mix the yolks, condensed milk and cottage cheese.

Beat the whites with a mixer and mix with the rest of the mass. Then check the casserole for readiness. This can be done with a toothpick.

If the dish is ready, it will remain dry when pierced.
