ICE CREAM RECIPES.

1. Sugar-free banana ice cream.

For 2 servings - 2 bananas, 100 ml of cream Burenka 33%.

I buy very ripe sweet bananas with "freckles" and cut them into slices:

If you put it in the morning, then at lunchtime or for dinner you can already make ice cream, the banana pieces have time to freeze and harden. I buy 1-2 kilograms of bananas, most often such sweet ripe bananas are also sold at a big discount, as they soon go bad. But these bananas are the tastiest. I chop and freeze everything and then use it a little at a time.

I put frozen banana slices in the bowl of the blender chopper, I have it with a capacity of 500 ml, I fill it 2/3 (it turns out two large portions of ice cream), pour 100 ml of cream on top:


Grind until creamy. If the mass comes out too thick, add a little more cream, but a little bit so that the mass does not turn out to be liquid.


The result is a thick ice cream similar in consistency to soft ice cream from a freezer. You can already eat it, this is what I do most often, I really like this delicate ice cream:


Or you can put such soft ice cream in a food container and freeze it. This takes 3-5 hours, depending on the capacity of your freezer. It turns out a classic ice cream. That is why we need heavy cream, and not 10-20%, or milk, otherwise you will not get ice cream, but ice.

While it is freezing, I do not take it out of the freezer and do not stir it. Most often I put it in the freezer overnight - and went to bed. Or I cooked it in the morning, because it only takes a few minutes, put it in the freezer - and in the evening the ice cream is ready:


It remains only to put it in vases - and you can eat. On top, if desired, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate, or put berries, but I like banana ice cream most of all without additives:


2. Creamy ice cream with condensed milk.

The cost of such ice cream is more expensive than that of banana, but, in my opinion, it is even tastier.

To prepare it, you need 6 minutes of work and 4-6 hours for freezing. Ingredients for 6 servings (1 serving - 110 grams):

Cream Burenka 33%, I take 500 ml

Condensed milk 150 ml, I buy this:

To make the cream whip well, I put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. They become thicker and slowly flow out of the neck of the package. I beat it with an ordinary mixer (I have an old unkillable "Khortytsa") with whisk at the highest speed:


Whipped well-chilled cream for 2.5 minutes. If not whipped, continue whipping at the highest speed, I have never had to whisk for more than 5 minutes.

Be careful not to overdo it so you don't end up with oil! The cream adheres firmly to the whisk, does not drain, which means it has been whipped:


I measure out 150 ml of condensed milk with a measuring cup and pour it into the whipped cream in a trickle, stirring with a mixer at the lowest speed. I put it in a container - and in the freezer:


When it hardens, the ice cream is ready. You can serve it with grated chocolate, chopped fruits, berries, nuts, sprinkle with jam, or sprinkle ground coffee- choose what you like best. I love this kind of ice cream most of all in its natural form:


If ordinary condensed milk replace boiled condensed milk- you get an ice cream crème brulee. Very delicious!

3. Strawberry ice cream.

Ingredients:

Strawberries must be thoroughly washed, peeled, cut into pieces and frozen in the freezer: Can be frozen for future use in the freezer:

If you love this delicious exotic fruit, which has long become a familiar guest on our table, then you can try banana ice cream pp, which is very easy to make at home. To do this, you only need two things:

  • these are bananas, of course. We take extremely ripe fruits so that the dessert turns out to be sweet and we did not have to add various sweeteners. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Now you need to place the bananas in the freezer and let them solidify. Here you will have to wait at least a couple of hours, and preferably as much as 5. After the bananas have frozen, take them out again and now let them thaw a little. 10 minutes is enough for the bananas to reach the desired consistency.
  • blender. When our bananas have thawed a little, place them in a blender and beat until smooth. Our ice cream is almost ready.

You just have to put this pp dessert in a kremanitsa and you can even add a little cocoa on top or a drop of honey. But this is according to your wishes. This is the simplest and quick way cooking this dessert.

If you prefer to tinker a little more, then you can try banana and milk ice cream:

  • 2 ripe bananas. We do the same with them as in the previous recipe - freeze and beat in a blender.
  • 50 ml of milk. You can use the usual cow's milk, or you can take coconut, then your ice cream will have a pleasant coconut flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream. 10-15% fat sour cream is perfect.

And here is the recipe for a dessert, which may well replace lunch or even dinner for you, because it is based on cottage cheese! This product is indispensable for losing weight, as it contains a lot of proteins and few calories. And cottage cheese ice cream turns out to be no worse than the notorious ice cream itself, but at the same time it contains several times fewer calories and is absolutely harmless to your figure.

So, you will need the following ingredients:

  • cottage cheese. Take about 150 grams of low-fat cottage cheese. The main thing is that the cottage cheese is not sour, because we cook sweet dessert... Cottage cheese can be of any consistency, since we will still beat it in a blender.
  • natural yogurt. We will need about 4 or 5 tablespoons of yogurt.
  • 2 bananas. These fruits add a certain sweetness to our dessert and you don't have to use a sweetener. Choose only ripe fruits.
  • 1 peach or a handful of berries. Peel and cut the peach into small cubes, we will add it already to the whipped mass. Any berries can be used instead of a peach.

Now beat the cottage cheese, yogurt and bananas in a blender. If the mixture is too viscous, then you can add very little mineral water... Put berries or peach in a homogeneous mixture and pour into molds.

Then remove the mixture from heat, add a couple of teaspoons of vanilla and stir again. Pour half of this mixture into a blender, add two bananas cut into pieces and mix until smooth. Then add the rest of the milk mixture and freeze the resulting mixture.

If you do not want to mess around for a long time, then there is milk ice cream which allows you to do without heat treatment. Just mix 3 bananas and 3-4 tablespoons of milk in a blender. Then add any flavoring additives (spices, berries, fruits, nuts, condensed milk), stir with a spoon - and into the freezer.

The proportions are conditional. If you want milk-banana ice cream more than banana-milk ice cream, then add not three tablespoons of milk, but a glass.

Cottage cheese-banana ice cream

For those who are tired of eating ordinary cottage cheese mixtures, we will tell you how to make ice cream from banana and cottage cheese. Take a pound of homogeneous cottage cheese, 3 pieces of ripe, but preferably not black banana, 100 grams of sugar or powdered sugar. You can add less sugar or not use it at all - a matter of taste. Also, we do not see anything criminal in replacing it with jam or honey.
