I have kept my passion for this product to this day. I also have a weakness for quick homemade sweets that don't require a lot of fiddling with the oven and dough. And once I came across a recipe for making a cake with condensed milk without baking quickly and easily. Such a treat is always accepted in my family with a bang!

Once, condensed milk according to GOST was sold in iron cans with a blue label. It had to be cooked for several hours, making sure that the container did not burst. But the result was simply amazing. It was enough to grease a piece of loaf with the resulting cream and enjoy the most delicious cake. Today, condensed milk is sold in a boiled state. But if you wish, you can act in the old fashioned way - put the jar in water and boil over medium heat for 2-2.5 hours, constantly adding water.

The assortment of purchased pastries, which can serve as a basis for a cake, is very large. You can choose from shortbread, puff and biscuits, Oreos, crackers, gingerbread, waffle cakes and more. A delicious dessert is obtained even from crackers, especially if you take sweet vanilla or poppy seeds.

You can experiment with the filling. For example, add nuts, raisins, coconut, bananas, or other fruits.

And I want to offer you the simplest and delicious recipes... They can be prepared both for a holiday and for an ordinary family tea party.

"Anthill" of cookies with condensed milk and butter - a classic recipe in 10 minutes

This is my favorite treat from childhood, which my mother and grandmother often delighted me with. In the classic version, you need to bake the base yourself, but here we will use a simplified version. Any cookie is suitable for cooking - the main thing is that it is fresh and breaks well. And the whole process will take you no more than 10 minutes.

Required products:

  • 500 g cookies;
  • 200 g of walnuts;
  • 350 g of boiled condensed milk;
  • 50 g butter.

How to cook:

1. Grind the cookies into small crumbs. To speed up the process, you can use a crush or rolling pin. Place the product in a plastic bag and roll it well with a rolling pin several times.

2. Crush the nuts into pieces, combine with chopped cookies.

Do not grind nuts and cookies into small crumbs, they should be of different sizes, but small.

3. Oil room temperature mix with condensed milk and beat with an immersion blender or mixer. You can't do without household appliances here, since the cream should be a homogeneous, smooth mass.

4. Pour the resulting cream into the mixture with cookies and nuts. Stir well, then place on a plate in a slide. Top can be decorated with chocolate or nuts. Refrigerate for several hours.

No-baked gingerbread cake with condensed milk and sour cream

This dessert is signature dish my good friend. To adjust the sweetness, you can slightly change the proportions of the ingredients. For example, add a little more sour cream and less condensed milk, or vice versa. And instead of the usual gingerbread cookies, take chocolate or stuffed ones. I think a little jam or jam in the recipe will not hurt 🙂

You will need:

  • 250 g of condensed milk;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 10 large gingerbread.

Sequencing:

1. Cover a deep plate with cling film or plastic so that it protrudes over the edges. Cut the gingerbread cookies in half lengthwise.

2. Whisk sour cream with condensed milk with a blender or mixer. Put the gingerbread halves on a lined plate, cut up in one layer.

3. Lubricate the top with the resulting cream. Put the second layer of gingerbread and pour over the sour cream mixture again.

4. Alternate layers until you run out of food.

The last layer must be smeared with cream, otherwise the delicacy on top will turn out to be dry.

Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to set. As time passes, transfer it to a flat plate. This is done very simply - cover the container with the cake with a plate and turn the structure upside down. After that, it remains only to remove the form, remove the film. Pour aromatic tea and enjoy the delicious 😉

Cake "Napoleon" without baking from cookies ears with boiled condensed milk

I really love to make this dessert according to the classic recipe: with thin cakes and delicate custard. True, it takes almost a whole day to prepare such a miracle. I can afford this luxury on big holidays. If you want to make a quick Napoleon for family tea, I recommend this option. Condensed milk, sour cream and puff pastry"Ears" - and an amazing delicacy is ready!

List of ingredients:

  • 700 g "ears";
  • 3 tbsp boiled condensed milk;
  • 700 g sour cream;
  • 0.5 cups of sugar;
  • 2 g vanilla sugar.

Step-by-step recipe with photo:

1. With a mixer, beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add a little condensed milk and beat well again until persistent peaks appear.
