  3. Chop the garlic and then lightly distribute with a knife blade.
  4. Combine the ingredients in a spacious container, salt and mix gently.
  5. Now all that remains is to put the dough with a tablespoon on a hot frying pan and slowly fry in vegetable oil.

Sour cream is best suited to such pancakes as an addition. It contains fat, which is necessary for the extraction of vitamin A from carotene. So the dish will not only be tasty, but also useful.

Moms always try to give their babies the foods that are most beneficial. Sometimes this happens even to the detriment of taste. But there are also such dishes that you can eat with pleasure. Preparing the dish is not difficult at all:

  1. First you need to wash, peel and chop the carrots.
  2. Transfer the mass (along with the juice) to a saucepan and cook until it becomes completely soft.
  3. Then add cereal, milk and cook, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes.
  4. Cool the mixture, beat in the egg and mix well.
  5. Form cutlets from the resulting mass, roll them abundantly in breadcrumbs and put in a frying pan.
  6. Finally, place the finished food tightly on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven for a few minutes.

It turns out to be a wonderful side dish. If the pancakes are prepared as an independent sweet dish, then you can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to the minced meat, or simply pour over them with honey.

Those with health problems can prepare dietary carrot pancakes. To do this, you just need a desire and some products: for two carrots, one egg, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of sugar, a glass of milk, homemade cottage cheese and ground rolled oats.

The whole process, as usual, starts with the main product:

  1. Peel the washed carrots and grate as fine as possible.
  2. Connect all components. If the resulting mixture is thin, then you can add a little more oatmeal or wheat flour... The mass should be infused a little. For this, half an hour will be enough.
