Cooking the nut filling:

You can bring the mass to a boil and just over an open fire, already without a steam bath, so the process goes much faster. After, cool the nut filling. , there is a simple recipe.

Cooking a nut pie:

We take out the dough from the refrigerator, spread the piece of the desired size on the table parchment paper, spread the dough on paper and gently roll out the dough into a cake with a rolling pin and hands, according to the size of your deco for baking, the thickness of the cake is arbitrary ...
We roll out the dough on all, the main thing is that it turns out exactly;

We spread the entire surface (we do not reach the edge by 0.5 mm) of the dough thick jam
(apricot, plum, orange, the main thing is thick !!!) or thick berry confiture;

Evenly and carefully transfer to the cake one spoon at a time, all the nut filling
distributing it over the entire surface evenly without slides (we also do not reach the edge of 0.5 mm - we will leave the area for spreading).

We bake the cake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The edges are well browned and the filling is baked.
Then we cool, remove from the baking sheet (deco), and slightly trim the edges of the pie, giving a beautiful look. Next, we cut the whole pie into strips, then into squares and then we divide
into triangles. Pour the finished portions of the nut pie on top with melted chocolate or chocolate topping and serve. Bon Appetit!
