Close the lid (if not, use a plate), let it brew / soak for about 5-7 minutes.

Place in a microwave oven. Set the power to medium (600 W) and set the time to 10-12 minutes.

The omelet is ready! You can serve garnished with herbs.

But I like garlic salads more (in this case, carrot salad).

Now tips:

  • if you want a soft omelet, take the portion of milk indicated in the recipe or even a little more; for a little dry, reduce the amount of liquid;
  • do not overexpose, follow the process. How many minutes to bake? The minimum time may be enough for your oven.

A quick omelet in the microwave

  • With mushrooms

Cut fresh mushrooms and cook on butter... Then fill in with the mixture.

Separate the white from the yolk. Whisk the protein into a good lather with a pinch of salt. Add milk and stir gently. Further, the cooking process is identical to the basic one.

  • Difficult

You will need: eggs, milk, green onions, canned mushrooms, crab sticks, cheese, corn, oil, salt, pepper.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Crab sticks small pieces. Chop the onion. Grate the cheese coarsely. Beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper, add all the ingredients and stir. Lubricate the mold with oil and pour the mixture into it.
