  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams of cottage cheese;

We will now learn how to make such curd cookies, at the same time we will learn some secrets that will help us in the future to prepare various delicacies.

Step by step recipe

  1. We take convenient dishes, preferably deep, so that mixing the ingredients is not problematic.
  2. First, we drive the prepared eggs into the container. Add sugar and cinnamon to them. We mix all this.
  3. Next, we take a glass of oatmeal and pour them into our bowl. We need to mix the resulting mass thoroughly.
  4. Now we take butter... We need to grate it on a coarse grater. Please note that if the oil is soft, it will be very difficult to grate, it will fall apart. Therefore, before cooking, it is best to put the butter in the refrigerator or even the freezer so that it freezes well. When chilled, the oil will rub perfectly and this process will not cause you any trouble. So, we put the grated butter to the rest of the mass of products.
  5. Moving on to the main ingredient, namely cottage cheese. In order for it to have uniformity and not to be lumps in the dish, we must rub it on a fine grater. Also, this effect can be achieved with the help of a sieve, crushing cottage cheese through it. Add it to the common bowl and continue making cookies.
  6. We need to mix the prepared flour with a baking powder. After that, add it to the products and mix. We stir so that we get a good, homogeneous dough, from which we get delicious cookies.
  7. The consistency of the dough should be quite sticky and this is normal; you do not need to add more flour. If you add too much flour, the biscuits will no longer be so soft.
  8. The dough is done, so you need to prepare everything for baking. Take a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper.
  9. We take a teaspoon, use it to collect the dough and form a cookie. It is best to wet your hands, so the dough will not stick. Put the dough on a baking sheet at a distance, since during baking it will increase in size and if you put our dish close, it will stick together.
  10. We turn on the oven and let it warm up. We put the baking sheet in the oven, the cookies will bake for about twenty minutes, set the temperature to about 180 degrees. During this time, the cookies should become rosy and appetizing, and the aroma will gather everyone at the table even before it is ready.
  11. When the cottage cheese cookies are ready, put them on a dish or any convenient surface so that they cool a little. After cooling down, the delicacy acquires the entire gustatory spectrum.

In order for such a treat to retain its freshness as long as possible, it is best to store it in a bag, so the cookies will remain as soft for a long time. By the way, the softness of such a delicacy is one of its first advantages, because in this case both old people and children will eat it with pleasure.

Then add oatmeal crushed with a coffee grinder or blender, add softened butter and liquid or melted candied honey, knead the dough, it turns out to be quite sticky, and put it in the refrigerator for one hour. Then we form round cookies. If the dough is thin and does not stick well, add a little flour to it. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with oil. Oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese, apple and banana

Ingredients:

Preparation

Knead the banana with a fork, peel the apple and chop finely, add cottage cheese, cinnamon and vanillin, stir until smooth, add oatmeal and knead the dough. It turns out to be a wet and sticky consistency. On a baking sheet covered with parchment and oiled with any oil, we put cookies, formed with wet hands and rolled in chopped nuts, and put in an oven preheated to 185 degrees for twenty five to thirty minutes.

Step 1: prepare the butter.

Using a tablespoon, we take from the total mass the right amount butter and put in a free saucer. Now we leave the component aside so that it can reach the room temperature. Important: you should not speed up this process at the expense of microwave oven, as this will not only spoil the structure of the butter, but can also negatively affect the consistency of the dough.

Step 2: prepare the curd.

Put the cottage cheese in a small bowl and, using a fork, knead it thoroughly. We try to make the mass without obvious lumps and grains.

Step 3: prepare the cookie dough.

Place ingredients such as oatmeal, sugar, ground cinnamon and baking powder in a deep bowl. Using a kitchen knife, break the egg shell, and pour the yolk with protein into a common container. When the butter is soft, move it from a small bowl to a deep one. Now, using a tablespoon or fork, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. We leave the mass aside for 30 minutes... This must be done in order for the oatmeal to swell over a given period of time and thereby hold the dough together.
Then add cottage cheese here and mix everything thoroughly again. We should have a dough from which it will be possible to form a ball, and it will not crumble.

Step 4: prepare oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and begin to shape the cookies. With the help of a tablespoon, take a little from the total mass of the dough and form a ball with clean hands. Attention: it should be about the size of a walnut. We spread the cookie blank on a baking sheet and start forming the next one. We do this until the dough runs out. By the way, we spread the balls at a short distance from each other, since during the cooking process they will slightly increase in size and, of course, spread out on a flat surface.

We turn on the oven and heat it up to temperature 180 degrees... Immediately after that, put the baking sheet on the middle level and bake the cookies for 25-30 minutes until a golden brown crust appears on the surface. After the allotted time, we turn off the oven, and we take out the container with the help of kitchen potholders and set it aside. Let the cookies cool slightly.

Step 5: serve oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese.

Using kitchen tongs, transfer the oatmeal cookies from the baking sheet to a special plate and serve them to the dessert table along with tea, coffee, milk, compote and other drinks of your choice. The baked goods are very tasty and tender. By the way, no one would guess that ordinary oatmeal is included in the cookies.
Enjoy your tea party!

If you want to make such a dough, then be sure to use small and not tough oatmeal. Then, and only then, the mass will be viscous and from it it will be possible to form balls with ease;

If you only have Hercules flakes on hand, then I want to upset you that you will not be able to get such a cookie. Of course, the pastries will also be tasty, but rougher. The only thing that can save the situation is a blender. In this option, it is necessary to grind the oatmeal at low speed to fine shavings;

You can add raisins, chopped prunes to oatmeal cookies, dried strawberries, finely chopped nuts and much more at your discretion;

For the test, you can take both store and homemade cottage cheese... True, I am more inclined towards the latter option, since such cheese is more fatty and malleable when you knead it with a fork.

As you know, oatmeal is very useful for dietary nutrition... But its main advantage is complex carbohydrates and many vitamins, which contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes. Cottage cheese is the most useful fermented milk product. Put them together for a perfect result.
