Products for cooking:

  • flour of 1 grade - 0.5 kilograms;
  • cow's milk 2.5% - 300 ml;
  • edible salt - 1 hour a spoon;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • dry yeast - half a bag (5 grams);
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation:

  1. Previously, we warm up the oven to 200 degrees;
  2. Pour milk into a metal bowl and put on fire, heat to about 40 degrees and dilute yeast in it. Then add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and mix thoroughly;
  3. Mixing well with a little flour at the same time;
  4. After that we knead soft dough... When the dough is ready, leave it in a bowl and cover with a towel for about 10 minutes;
  5. Cut meat and sausage into cubes or strips;
  6. Pepper must be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned of internal seeds. Cut into strips. Wash tomatoes and cut into rings;
  7. We take cheese and three on a large grater;
  8. Divide the finished dough in half, and roll each of the parts into thin cakes;
  9. The form in which our work of culinary art will be baked must first be greased with oil and the dough must be carefully placed in it;
  10. Anoint the dough with mayonnaise and ketchup;
  11. Place the existing filling on top and place the pizza in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. In the meantime, we are preparing the second;

Preparation:

  1. Put a saucepan with 2.5 liters of water on the fire. Salt and add one tablespoon of vegetable oil. When the water boils well, add the pasta and stir.
