Now in 2018 the price for food is different ... Perhaps for a family where small children this menu is relevant, but when there are adult men, they are unlikely to stay full for a long time with such a set of products.
Answer: Elena, of course the price is different now. Even in the regions, prices are different;). But still, the menu is made with savings in mind. I agree that people eat differently, someone eats less, someone more. Even different men are different;). Therefore, the concept of a portion is relative.

Making a menu for a week saves both time and money. It is very convenient. The only request, as an experienced person who knows a lot, is to come up with a menu for people with diabetes. I have to cook for my family and separately for myself, a diabetic.
Answer: Olga, thanks for the comment! Maybe I'm an experienced person;), but I don't have a special education that gives me the right to compose a menu for medical reasons, so I don't have such a responsibility

3000 per week, this is 12000 per month, if you immediately buy food for this amount, then all month you can eat a varied menu and at the same time not economically, but quite chic.
The recipes themselves are not bad, there is something to borrow.

So far, I just started to cook according to this menu. but so far I even like it :) I don't know why, but the fish meatballs turned out to have a slight bitter aftertaste (maybe the fish was old, there was pollock ...) I'll try another fish another time. but the meatballs are soft, although I do not like fish, these suited me :)) Thank you Dasha! You are a great fellow! I watched your blanks live in IG, you are smart!
Answer: And thank you for your comment! The fish could be either old or with a disturbed storage regime. Enjoy your meal!

Ekaterina: | August 7th, 2017 | 2:21 pm

Well, I don’t know, but what do you really dislike? Nobody MAKES to cook exactly as it is written. This is a kind of framework that does not have to be observed, in addition, it is also completely free))) Not enough - add, no one interferes, adjust for health. So thanks for the menu. Personally, I used it, but with changes in some dishes for the amount of food and replacing a couple of dishes for our family. Plus we bought additional fruits and vegetables.
Answer: Ekaterina, thank you for your support :)

I support the idea of a menu a week in advance and a list of products. I'm not talking about money, I'm talking about time. I got tired of buying something every day and this without a clear knowledge of the final dish. And then drag all this + three children and a stroller. and another hour to look for what to cook in the internet. And so I'll stock up in advance, order by phone and everything will be brought. No, well, I have to try. It will work. I have been looking for a specific menu for a week and a list of products for a long time. Thank you! And whoever has a hungry menu, welcome to the restaurant.
Answer: Tanya, thank you for your comment and kind words!

Ksenia: | June 1st, 2017 | 5:59 pm

An excellent menu, that's just a bit too much in terms of the amount - our products are very expensive, but I spend much less and cook meat every day (the most important glutton will not forgive me for his absence))). Once a month we buy long-lasting products, cereals, tea, flour, canned food, a box of milk (daughters 1.4, respectively, it takes a lot of milk), about 3000 rubles are spent on this. Then I buy meat, chicken, minced meat, heart, liver - what is there at the moment, then I take and leave about 2500r. And fruits, vegetables about 1000-1500r. Within a month I buy more bread and milk, also about 1000r. leaves. Only 7000-7500r. and this is for a month. Either our prices are not so high, or I save so well))))
Our menu is similar, only I usually cook breakfast and dinner, which is then served as lunch. There are much fewer soups on the menu, after all, you can't really feed your family with them, and you can cook so much that you somehow feel sorry to feed your swallowed only soups). I can add that it helps to save well without harm to health, freezing is just right for working people, on weekends I make a lot of different semi-finished products, dumplings, different dumplings, stuffed cabbage, poses, khinkali, stuffed peppers, stuffed zucchini - you need 2 kg of minced meat, filling for dumplings and vegetables, it all takes about two hours. Then I cook snacks-stuffed pancakes with cottage cheese and meat + rice, cheese cakes, a few different pies from yeast dough raw (took out, defrosted and baked in 20 minutes), more different baked goods until the freezer runs out. Baking is stored for a couple of weeks without harm, but for breakfast you just have to get it out and reheat it. By the way, I also freeze vegetables, the same carrots are easier to cut into the freezer than to buy every week, of course they will not work for salads, but for pilaf, roasting, etc. just right. We can say that the contents of the freezer save me the whole month.
Now you need to bring to mind our menu and yours as a basis will fit just right! Thank you for your work)
Answer: Ksenia, thanks for your experience! Yes, you are very economical in spending your budget on food!

Krealeksa: | May 23rd, 2017 | 2:42 dp

Great site !! I want to go to work after my baby is born. Here, I think, how to break away from the stove. There are solutions, and you will very much accessible form provided. Although I read a lot in the comments about “yesterday's meal” and about “the second time in a day to eat soup”? And she laughed heartily. Here a lot depends on upbringing, my mother brought us up like this: the family was big, my mother cooked for several days at once. If someone said that they wouldn’t eat it, my mother didn’t mind - if you don’t want to eat, then you’re not hungry. This is how the problems were solved.
Second, making a menu is a great opportunity to spend an interesting time with the whole family, to communicate. This is very cool! Especially when children understand that their parents need their help, that they make decisions with their parents on an equal footing.
Answer: Krealeksa, thanks for your comment and your experience!

I am an experienced housewife, I cook a lot, tasty, try to save money. But on Daria's website I found a lot of useful things, especially about freezing - cooking food for future use is my strong point, and I make a lot of semi-finished products.

Oksana: | January 16th, 2016 | 12:17 pm

I agree with those who consider such a menu to be something on the verge of starvation ...
One soup without meat for lunch ... Suitable for young ladies who are losing weight, but to feed a man ... and children ...
Mine, for example, do not eat yesterday's at all ..

Valentina: | January 16th, 2016 | 2:23 dp

Dasha, thank you for your website and articles! It's always helpful to remind yourself to be smart about your food spending. But I am on the side of those whose family cannot live on such a menu. When I was growing up, the three of us lived - me, my mother and my grandmother. We could eat this amount for two weeks. And living with my husband and seven-year-old son, if I cook a kilogram of meat for dinner, but with a stretch, something will remain for my husband for lunch with him. And this is with soups and side dishes. And so that the child still has something to take to school with him for lunch is generally an unreal event. (We do not live in Russia and the children all bring lunch to school with them and they have 30 minutes to eat.) But thanks anyway, useful site.

Ksenia: | December 15th, 2015 | 1:41 pp

does the dinner consist only of soup? very little(
Answer: Ksenia, my family has enough for lunch. You can add a salad or appetizer to your meal. You may find this section useful.

Thank you very much, very good menu. We have 4 people in our family - 2 adults and 2 children. Our menu is about the same as here (the set of dishes varies, but the essence is the same), only more fruits. We always eat like this, no one dies of hunger. Everyone is full and happy!

Lily: | October 13th, 2015 | 1:50 dp

Thanks to. We rarely buy meat. Chicken in all of our meat dishes... For our seven and with our incomes just right.

Anastasia: | July 14th, 2015 | 1:50 pp

Thank you very much! We have just recently formed a young family, very little money and most of it was spent on groceries, in addition to all this, my head ached about what to cook. Now there are no problems with this and it still turns out to postpone money, in general, an excellent menu and website, to all hostesses on a note!

Anastasia: | April 2nd, 2015 | 3:52 pm

Thanks to! I have been looking for such information for a long time. I constantly buy food in a chaotic manner. And I understand that more money is spent than necessary. I began to compose the menu according to your recommendation and now my head does not hurt, what to cook today.

Anonymous: | January 25th, 2015 | 5:38 pm

Good evening. How about drinks? because this is also a cost.
Answer: Yes, drinks are not included. The most economical is water, homemade fruit drinks from berries frozen for the winter and compotes - from harvested dried fruits or canned.

Marina: | January 23rd, 2015 | 5:11 pm

It seems to me that the dinner is hearty, but the lunch is not very satisfying. Where is the logic? After all, in the morning and at lunchtime, as I understand it, you need to eat normally, but for dinner - easy? Or am I missing something?
Answer: Marina, we have dinner early, at 5-6 pm. And for us, a hearty dinner is logical. But there may be another situation when everyone gathers at home only late at night. This menu is just one option. You can move the salad for lunch. Or leave only the salad for dinner, and move the hot dish for lunch. Focus on the needs of your family.

Dasha) !!! Your menu is just a godsend) Thank you so much !!! Since I have a young family, I am 20 years old, and my husband is 33 years old, and we have two children, a girl 10 months old, and a boy 2 and 9. My husband has been not a bachelor for two years now and has not eaten sausage with sticks and bread. There were soups, porridge, and so on. What a young family is not to say (the wife is on maternity leave, and the husband works every day and weekends too. I am at home with the children, every single day I puzzle over what to feed, and what to cook is just awful. APPROACHING TO THE HUSBAND AND AGAIN ASKING WHAT TO PREPARE TODAY? ?? - BURNING AGAIN ((so I try to come up with myself, but there is a lot of everything on the Internet (all possible recipes, but when reading their ingredients, you understand that there is not enough money even for the basis of the dish, not to mention the taste and beauty) but I want something and the children ate, and my husband gorged on.Today I found your site quite by accident, and I’m just delighted, you have not easily made life easier for many families who cannot afford something, not because they are poorly provided, but maybe because there are some purchases or debts for each reason your own (but for everyone they are significant) but you saved many young families in most families, both officially registered and civilly falling apart precisely because there is no money to eat tasty and satisfying food, but from what is even in the kitchen ka to in the refrigerator and on the bedside tables it is impossible nothing to come up with someone from ignorance and not experience, and someone simply does not want to bother. And your site is built on the basis of an ECONOMY MENU FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY, from the smallest to the oldest.
YOU CAN WITH FULL CONFIDENCE AND PRIDE CALL YOURSELF THE KEEPER OF THE HEARTH (and this is the most important thing for your contribution to your family.) 3 weeks they will never understand all the romance and value of such things as care, respect and understanding. As they say, you can't put a scarf on someone else's mouth. Yes, it's unpleasant. but ... Behind your back are more than one hundred families (where both a man and a woman are standing at the stove) who are incredibly grateful to you and thousands more about which you even have no idea. All the best for you. Do not lose optimism under any circumstances and harmony in your family hearth !! The Lord will help you!

Answer: Christina, thank you very much!

Diana: | December 1st, 2012 | 11:48 pm

I also support this menu. everything is very correct and economical. I also sit at home with my child on maternity leave. my husband is only having dinner with us. I love soups, and my baby loves everything, only I won't give him cutlets yet. small still)) and everything is super.

Katya: | November 18th, 2012 | 9:17 am

Mi is also їmo hot platter 2 times a day. And borscht is so much to love, how to mutilate the dish that was cooked for the supper that is borscht. Miracle menu! I am obsessively speeding

Victoria: | November 8th, 2012 | 2:01 pm

The menu is not even bad, it is understandable that it is still necessary to be personalized, taking into account the tastes and habits of the family (for example, we do not eat radishes categorically). I don't see much of a problem with soups twice a day. For example, my husband has breakfast with soup, because at lunch, he has no opportunity to dine first, but generally something adequate - just a snack. But my husband's salad as a side dish for dinner will not suit, but, frankly, I do not see the problem that everyone is so indignant about. To cook a portion of pasta for my husband for material costs is quite a bit and will add satiety to the diet)))

Vyacheslav: | October 25th, 2012 | 11:21 pm

I liked everything. It remains to somehow implement, that is, convince the spouse to take on arms, otherwise the order is fed up with the eternal lamentations about cooking.

Lelka: | October 1st, 2012 | 1:30 pm

what all the evil, do not like - do not apply. if you have more money to spend on food - go! but time for thinking - everyone spends a lot of buying and cooking. Thank you, Dasha, for the implementation and example of the system itself. today I have finally and irrevocably decided to introduce it in my organization of the economy!

Julia: | July 14th, 2012 | 5:23 pm

In my opinion, food should please both the eye and the body! And so there are few joys in life, so still to mock food so much. I cook for my family (husband and son) - in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening. It's not hard for me!

Answer: I am very happy for you, Julia, and your family!

Katama: | June 28th, 2012 | 12:52 pm

I admire your economy, thoughtfulness and clarity of thought)) It was necessary to develop such a system!
I would like to adopt everything at once, I have already made a list of what I can cook - and a test menu for a week. Let's see how it goes.

This particular menu would suit me. In my opinion, a sufficient amount of food and variety.

Violetta: | June 15th, 2012 | 1:14 pm

I would stay hungry. Yes, I swallow :) and you are great, how I would like to spend a little on food, but in order to fill up and it was tasty: ((em

Answer: then welcome to the site. Here under the heading “saving money” there are a lot of tips and ideas on how to save wisely without harming your health and taste.

Ekaterina: | June 6th, 2012 | 9:03 pm

The site is interesting, the menu is thought out, thank you.
True, I have a small remark. Apparently, an economical menu is not for every time. That is, if you need to get along with money, then please, but it’s not worth it forever. Few fruits, little meat.
We, too, observe fasting. True, for religious reasons. A month and a half without meat ... just think ... With full milk and everyday fish. And the child's hemoglobin dropped below normal. After a month, our usual nutrition returned to normal ...
We have a large family - 8 people and yet, so that everyone, except lean ones) ate meat for a day, you need 3 kg and chicken 1.5 - 2 kg. I cook meat in a slow cooker and therefore the "active cooking" time is about 15 minutes. the price of fresh meat and boneless, I manage to buy rubles for 600 rubles. So this is for 8 people !!! So, if for 3 people, then we can safely say that for 200 rubles of meat you can buy a week for a small family. Let food be not for 25, but for 30 S per month, but with meat. (Of course, we never eat any sausages.)
But these are just my thoughts, and the site is great !!

Answer: thanks, Ekaterina! Yes, if you are not lazy, choose the right food and cook everything yourself, then food can be very economical. Even $ 30 per month is very little.
By the way, if you are fasting for religious reasons, then the Church allows children not to fast (as well as sick, pregnant and lactating women). Although you most likely already know this :)

Oksana: | May 24th, 2012 | 1:05 pm

Great site! I am very glad that I found you! As for the menu, I will say that we sometimes spend even less, for a family of 3 people, when money is very tight. But we hardly have a varied menu. We interrupt from buckwheat to pasta and cutlets for a week, in which there is more bread than meat (And such a menu, as you described, is simple festive table! I learned a lot for myself and added your site to the notes. I will use the economical menu, this is just for us. It is really varied and does not get boring, otherwise I sometimes don’t know what to cook, so that something new is inexpensive. Thanks for the ideas !!!

Answer: Yes, if the goal was just a thrifty menu, then you could spend even less. But I tried to make it diverse, it contains meat, fruits and vegetables. Almost a feast :)

Roman: | May 22nd, 2012 | 3:29 pm

When I was reading this menu, I also thought that the week would be lean (not in speed, but in volume), but no, there is even enough, morality - something beautiful morality is not invented, in a nutshell there is nothing to slander until they tried.
The experiment is being carried out in the hero city of Minsk. But this does not affect the purity of the experiment.

Answer: for the purity of the experiment is not, but the prices are very even. Your total purchase at a price turned out to be more than my calculations. But, most likely, the food should remain. Thanks for the experiment. And then, after reading the comments, I began to suspect that we eat air and should soon die of hunger :)

Roman: | May 21st, 2012 | 2:42 pm

I decided to start acquaintance with the method of making a weekly menu. Yesterday (Sunday) I bought everything according to the list (it came out in the amount of 325,000 rubles. = $ 40)
Day one (Monday).
And Roman had a saucepan, and he took it out and put it on the fire, poured buckwheat and said: Let there be porridge, and there was porridge. And he looked at the porridge and saw that the porridge was not good and it was possible to add a little less water (but in general nothing))))).

The pastry story ended with picking out the filling and throwing away the dry dough.

Ooooh, the afternoon snack came out right, it was just not real to spoil something.

Lunch, for some reason it turned out to be a puree soup)))))

For two, my wife and I stayed for dinner: buckwheat porridge, entrails from pies and mashed pasta soup (it will be enough for another 3 days). So let's leave the cutlets for another time.

I will improve with your help. The one who does nothing is not mistaken.
Although, of course, you can, as some visitors to your site, criticize and go to fry eggs, or to McDuck. May God grant you health and family happiness.

Answer: hello, Roman! I will observe the progress of the experiment with interest. If you have any questions about recipes, ask. And I want to ask the question that torments almost everyone who read such a menu: are you full? Didn't you feel hungry? Also, in which city is the experiment being conducted?

Svetlana: | May 16th, 2012 | 8:09 pm

thank you very much for good idea to create such a website to save money on food, in our family it is just necessary, otherwise too much money goes nowhere. The menu is also interesting, I want to apply it in my family, my husband also approved.

Victoria: | April 5th, 2012 | 12:00 pm

What a miracle that I found you! :)) Just a wonderful site !!! Great menu! Super!!! Thank you Daryushka !!!

Olga: | February 24th, 2012 | 7:13 pm

in principle, for me it is hungry, of course, and pulls for sweets and other delights. I would wash down the porridge with yogurt, eat the soup with salad, eat bananas, apples, and so on during the breaks. But I'm always pregnant-lactating, probably from this)
It is not correct to compare mushrooms with chips. Still, it is better not to give mushrooms to small children, this can be fraught with unpleasant consequences (chips and other things should not be given either).

Answer: you know, Olga, my goal in compiling this menu was to choose economical, but delicious dishes... I believe that I have achieved my goal. If I published this menu on some website dedicated to diets, then a flurry of criticism would surely have fallen on me for the fact that we eat too much, and the human body needs fewer calories per day :)

Dara: | February 13th, 2012 | 9:20 am

Views are good. And at least 5 servings per day. 1 serving is about one not very large apple, two carrots, etc. somewhere 200 grams. In total, at least a kilogram of vegetables and fruits per day. Potatoes are not included :)
And also the recommendations of the same WHO on proteins (for adults) - 0.8-1 g of protein per kg of weight. That is, for a woman weighing 60 kg, this in real products will be about 300 grams. chicken fillet or 350 g of low-fat cottage cheese. Oddly enough, many do not.

Answer: yes, there are also vegetarians, ascetics, fasting people and just people who do not like meat. It seems to me that if a person is healthy and feels well, then the nutritional system chosen by him suits him, even if he does not fit into the statistical standards of the WHO.

Lana: | February 13th, 2012 | 8:11 am

Dasha, you have created an extremely useful site! I have four men in my family and your planning advice is just a godsend for me. I read so much about how good it is, but this is the first time I see a tested live program. Thank you so much!

Answer: Thank you Lana! I am pleased that my experience can be useful to other hostesses. This is a great incentive for me to keep working on the site.

Dara: | February 10th, 2012 | 12:53 pm

And fruits were not included in the sum? Because I only see a banana on the menu. There will not be enough vegetables, even for the minimum WHO recommendations ...

Answer: How much is the minimum WHO recommendation? The menu of this day contains vegetables: cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, radishes and mushrooms. I think six different types vegetables in one day is quite enough and varied.

Kokosik: | February 8th, 2012 | 10:18 am

Dasha, thank you for the recipes and useful tips... I will share my narobotka (or maybe this is not my know-how) for economy. For some reason, my soup is prepared for 3 days. Either the pan is like that, or the subconscious mind is working. In general, the family eats with pleasure for 2 days, and on the third there is a strike. Therefore, from the leftovers, I make a puree soup, adding something from the seasonings. And be sure to have croutons or croutons. Goes with a bang, like the first time. No, throw tomatoes at me, I know that the dishes should be eaten within 2 hours from cooking, and then it's horror, horror !!! But the realities of life are as follows ...

Answer: only those who have never tried to feed more than 2 people for at least a week can throw slippers :) Vitamins can be collected fresh salads and fruits and vegetables. And soup is food, not medicine. The puree soup idea is great!

Natalia (another :)):| February 7th, 2012 | 12:18 pm

A good menu in my opinion. Very similar to how our family eats (also 3 people - mom, dad and child). And certainly not "hungry." Here, apparently, it depends on the habits of the family.

Natalia: | February 7th, 2012 | 11:43 am

This is also like our family. My daughter and I are quite full of soup at lunchtime. I cook it thicker, for satiety :)
And my husband in the evening, too, will not refuse a plate of hot food, especially in winter.
And I will also try to make cutlets like that. You just need to go to my mother for mushrooms. And I also thought that if there are small children in the family and you are afraid to give them mushrooms, then you can take even less, just a couple of pieces for flavor, and add carrots with a browned onion to the rice. It seems to me that this will not spoil the taste of cutlets :)

Answer: I'm not afraid to give mushrooms, as I pick them myself in clean forests, dry and cook myself :) Not for reasons of economy, it's just a kind of rest for me. But your version with an onion can also be. I just don't have a very good relationship with onions, so I prefer mushrooms.

Natalia: | February 7th, 2012 | 11:39 am

And I like it too! :)
Our

Tatiana: | February 7th, 2012 | 10:10 am

In my opinion, everything is fine!)
Something all went with hostility, I see ...
If you count the calories, then for sure it will be enough at the rate!
The title says - "Economical menu" - what can be nit-picking!
If someone can and wants to eat meat in chunks and a mountain of garnished with butter (and in my opinion, a salad is an excellent garnish) four times a day - then on health!
Still, the goal of economy is pursued here, and not just "to eat from the belly."
I myself do not save much on food and I can afford not to count every ruble spent on it, but I see here a completely adequate calculation and useful tips for many!
Mushrooms ... I don't think that a small amount of them can somehow harm a child, especially if you remember that children generally consume a bunch of all kinds of chemicals, such as chips, snacks, it is not clear what made sweets, drinks and the like ... mushrooms in compared with this - diet food)))))
And to eat soup / borscht twice a day - it's okay! Here it all depends on the habits in the family and on upbringing - there are very capricious children and husbands)) but it often depends on the woman herself - how much she will allow them to sit on her neck)) In general, this is a personal matter - you cannot judge here ...
Dasha, you are great! ;)

Answer: thanks for the support! I am calm about comments like “Your family will not be able to eat this, because ours eats differently”. Everyone has their own approach to nutrition.

Cheslav: | February 7th, 2012 | 10:08 dp

Fine. Thanks a lot. Such a menu is just right for our young family.

Answer: thanks to you, too! I usually turn to the hostesses, but it is all the more pleasant to see a man in our ranks!

Irina: | February 7th, 2012 | 9:30 am

Dasha, excellent menu, I support it. We, too, can eat soup 2 times a day, and if my husband does not come for lunch, he eats it for dinner. It's all about how to cook. It seems that you cook very tasty and with love :) Now I leave the menu from a nutritionist for the whole family - it differs from the usual one, but quietly both husband and son switch to it. Good luck, continue your work, you are doing great!

Answer: thanks for the support!

Irina: | February 6th, 2012 | 8:32 pm

A very strange menu, it's not just saving, it's some kind of hunger strike, to be honest ...
Eating soup twice a day is something new. I myself would not even eat, well, except that there is nothing else, but here it seems like everything is thought out in advance. Secondly, for some reason there is only soup for lunch, but there is no second course (meat / fish / chicken + side dish) or salad. For dinner, there is clearly not enough normal side dish, because salad is only an addition, but not a side dish. That is, if a woman is on a diet, then yes, a salad without everything perfect option, but this is clearly not enough and not interesting for the children and the husband.
You got some depressing menu, sorry.

Answer: enough for us. We eat soup not twice, but once. At lunchtime - me and my daughter, and my husband for dinner. Since my daughter and I are at home, we can afford to eat four times a day in small portions. We are quite full. In connection with the work schedule, my husband's main meal is at dinner, for which he eats the first, second and salad. Garnish for cutlets that already consist of rice is not needed. This is enough for me, my husband and child.

Natalia: | February 6th, 2012 | 5:57 pm

Dasha! I have a few questions for you. For dinner, rice cutlets with mushrooms are designed for three servings (for you, your husband and your daughter), and your daughter is less than three years old. But experts in baby food It is not recommended to feed children under three years of age with mushrooms. Secondly, based on my own experience, my family (husband and children) will never eat anything for dinner from what was for lunch. And the food should be varied. Is your daughter eating soup for the second time in a day without a squeak? And thirdly, if neither husband nor daughter wants either soup or cutlets, have they already sat down at the table? You have a full freezer of semi-finished products, but does it take at least 10 minutes to reheat and defrost them? Will they sit quietly and wait?

Answer: for 8 servings, 50 grams of mushrooms is not even food, but just a seasoning for taste. In addition, these mushrooms have already been boiled and even ground in a blender, so I don't see any problems for the body, even for children. It's just that I don't give her mushrooms as food, but in such small quantities it is possible. It is customary in my family to compose a menu for a week together, and then not be capricious if they serve something that has been chosen in advance :) An exception, of course, is made for my daughter: he wants soup, wants cutlets, but does not want to - may not eat. Well, I don't see any problems in 10 minutes of waiting until the table is laid. In general, we are coping :)

For quite a long time, being a mother of one child, I believed that there was no difference in how many children to feed one or more, and the problem was solved by increasing the size of the pan, however, in practice, everything turned out differently. Each of my children due to age characteristics, your daily routine, your nutritional needs, as well as "I love" and "I will not", between which there is maneuver.

It became necessary for me to strike a balance between the convenience of kitchen life for me, the taste and benefits of dishes for children, as well as a special feeling for each member of my family that you are at home, that there is such food you love, and which is nowhere else.

And the first was taken into service very simple principle: Children should eat the same as adults, and adults should prepare such food so that children can eat it too.

Cooking food every day, in small portions, while spending in the kitchen no more than an hour and a half a day. Pretty much everything I do prepares quickly, very fast or by itself. My main helpers in the kitchen are oven and slow cooker.

Multicooker helps to cook porridge for breakfast in the evening, by the specified time, spending no more than 5 minutes. In addition, it is very convenient to keep the porridge warm if all family members eat breakfast at different times.

Immediately after breakfast for all dishes on today's menu I clean and cut vegetables. Those that I put for dinner in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I spend no more than 10 minutes on manipulating meat, chicken or fish for the evening and also put the semi-finished product in the refrigerator. Make sure to cook a little pot of soup just for today. Sometimes I make a preparation for a vegetable salad.

Children are always happy jelly or compote, in between times you can bake some cookies, chocolate muffin, or knead the pie dough. All my baking recipes with minimal cooking time... A bread maker does an excellent job of kneading dough, and I like to bake cookies that are baked as one layer and cut into portions after it cools down. Baking pies, the smell from the kitchen - makes the house lively and cozy, and children love baking very much. All these operations take no more than 1 hour.

For an afternoon snack I prepare various smoothies and cocktails from cottage cheese, natural yogurt, fruits for children. At the same time, it goes to the oven or multicooker dinner who prepares for the appointed time without my participation. If the dough comes up in the bread maker, I make one pie on a medium-sized baking sheet and also send it to the oven. In total, it takes me no more than 20-25 minutes. Total I spend no more than 1.5 hours in the kitchen a day.

Unfortunately, we rarely sit down at the table with the whole family, because of the completely different schedules of work, study and other matters of my household. But when we nevertheless find ourselves at the same table, it happens to us very fun and delicious... I have big family, I have someone to try for - and this is the main thing!

When the family is large, the question “what to cook today” becomes a daily survival quest. We have selected simple dishes that will feed the whole family - and cooking will take almost no time from you.

Dough for all occasions

The recipe is suitable for vegetarians because does not contain eggs.

  • Water and milk (kefir, yogurt) - 1 glass each
  • Yeast - 1 sachet
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - half a teaspoon
  • Flour - 1 kg.
  • Vegetable oil - half a glass
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
  1. Dissolve sugar in a glass of hot water, add milk.
  2. Pour in yeast, salt and about 300 gr. flour. Stir with a fork - you should get a dough, like for pancakes. Leave for at least half an hour - the volume should begin to increase. (Can be left up to three hours).
  3. Add vinegar, flour and vegetable oil to the risen dough in small portions - how much the dough will take.
  4. Knead the dough and then grease the surface with oil. Let it rise once.

The dough can be used for pies and pies with sweet or savory fillings, croissants, or even baked homebaked bread(be sure to let the finished rolls rise in a warm place in this case).

Stew from what is

The foundation of this dish- any meat if everyone eats it. Otherwise, the meat is stewed separately and mixed with the main course before serving.

  • Meat - depending on the number of eaters
  • Onion, carrot - 1 pc. for sautéing
  • Vegetables - what are in the house (look to combine with each other, you can use good freezing): potatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, mushrooms, cabbage.
  1. Saute half of the carrots and onions, add the meat, chopped into small cubes and fry.
  2. Pour in plenty of water, add salt and cook for a long time (up to one and a half hours). Remove the foam periodically.
  3. Add pepper, spices to taste and a tablespoon of vinegar - this will help to soften even the toughest beef, the vinegar does not affect the taste of the finished dish.

If there are not enough vegetables, you can add small soup noodles, mix and remove from heat. Let it brew for 10 minutes.

Very quick Banoffipee cake

  • Dry oatmeal - 1 glass

  • Soft cottage cheese - 1 pack
  • Bananas - 2 pcs. Whipped cream - optional

The foundation:

  1. Fry the oatmeal in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  2. Grind oatmeal with dried apricots, prunes, any nuts in a blender.
  3. Tamp the resulting mass tightly with a glass to the bottom of the form, put in the refrigerator. (For the base, you can simply grind the finished oatmeal cookies).

Topping:

  1. Place the whipped cream on top of the cake (optionally replace it with “half-and-half yogurt with sugar”)
Life hack for desserts: it saves to store in the freezer already ready biscuit- for example, chocolate. If you urgently need a dessert, you can crush the biscuit into a base and tamp it. Make the filling from whipped cottage cheese with cream in half (if you have at least an hour in stock, you can add gelatin). Decorate with fruit on top - you get an amazing cheesecake.

  2. Punch soft vegetables with a blender.
  3. Then add a glass of cream or full-fat regular or soy milk, egg yolk, grated cheese - yellow or blue. Bring to a boil, season with salt.

  3. Add any meat cut into pieces - you can mix (beef + chicken, chicken + pork), fry until golden brown.
