Peel the zucchini, if necessary, remove internal seeds and fibrous compounds and grate. If you want to "disguise" the vegetable without leaving a trace, then rub the zucchini on the finest grater.

Rinse, pat dry and finely chop any fresh herbs on hand.

Scroll the meat through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper and sweet paprika to it, mix thoroughly.

Stir greens and grated zucchini into the minced meat, knead everything well again and form small patties.

Place a baking sheet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake our cutlets for 25 - 30 minutes until fully cooked. After 15 minutes, turn the cutlets over to the other side with a tablespoon or kitchen spatula so that they are evenly baked on all sides. We are in no hurry to take the finished cutlets out of the oven, but leave them in it for 5 - 10 minutes. In the meantime, you can start preparing a side dish.
