Pizza on finished cake appears infrequently on my desk. Or rather, it was a very long time ago. I used to buy these blanks to make a quick dinner for my schoolchildren. They loved this "pizza", preferring it to any other food. It is understandable - then there were hungry 90s, and real pizza in those days we have not seen yet.

The recipe for pizza on the finished cake was extremely simple: 1-2 sausages were finely chopped, boiled egg and some tomatoes. All this was put on the workpiece, covered with a layer of mayonnaise and baked for 5-10 minutes in the oven. It seems that we did not even use cheese - either it was not there then, or we did not know that cheese relies on this dish.

And yet it was delicious! Maybe because the preparations were always fresh, soft, and made from really tasty bread.

I recently saw blanks for pizza in a store and experienced a nostalgic feeling for those times. Or maybe she was tempted by the sight of a beautifully fried soft white crust, which (as I remember), when baked, gives such a crunchy delicious crust ...
