  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • a few drops of cognac

  • half a cup of powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Biscuit. Mix all the ingredients, beat until the volume triples.

  • 50 g glucose syrup
  • 75 ml water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 60 water for gelatin
  • 10 g gelatin
  • 100 condensed milk
  • 150 gr white chocolate
  • food coloring

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs, add vanillin, sugar, continuing to beat, add flour, baking powder, butter, boiling water.
  2. Knead the dough, bake in a split form at 180 degrees.
  3. Fill the gelatin with water, set aside to swell.
  4. Add sugar to the peaches.
  5. Warm up until boiling, punch with an immersion blender.
  6. Heat the gelatin until dissolved, add to the peaches.
  7. Mix everything, add citric acid.
  8. We cover the detachable form inside with cling film.
  9. Pour out the peach mass, send it to the freezer.
  10. Fill a portion of gelatin with water, leave to swell.
  11. Dissolve the gelatin by heating.
  12. Bring milk with 50 grams of sugar to a boil.
  13. Grind the egg with sugar.
  14. Pour half of the hot milk in a thin stream, stirring vigorously.
  15. Combine the egg mixture with the remaining milk, mix, add vanillin.
  16. We put on fire, bring to a boil, pour out the chocolate, stirring until completely dissolved.
  17. Pour in the gelatin, stirring, cool.
  18. Drive in the cream until soft peaks.
  19. Mix sour cream into the cooled milk mixture.
  20. Add whipped cream gradually.

  • 100 grams of peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 140 ml cream

For nougat:

  • 30 ml glucose syrup
  • 330 gr icing sugar
  • 60 ml water
  • 63 g peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 squirrels

Ganache:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 gr chocolate

Preparation:

  1. We wash the peanuts, dry.
  2. Pour on a baking sheet covered with parchment, fry in the oven at 100 degrees for 5 minutes.
  3. Lubricate the form with oil, cover it with parchment.
  4. Cooking glucose syrup. We take a saucepan with a thick bottom.
  5. We put sugar, water, citric acid.
  6. We heat up to 115 degrees. We check the temperature with a thermometer.
  7. Set aside, add soda, mix until the foam disappears.
  8. Cooking peanut butter. We take a frying pan with a thick bottom.
  9. Pour peanuts, put on the stove, fry ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Grind the peanuts in a blender, adding one tablespoon of powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of salt.
  11. Whisk until peanut butter is obtained (about 15 minutes).
  12. Cooking caramel. Pour sugar into a saucepan, pour in cream, milk, syrup.
  13. Warm up until sugar dissolves. The temperature should be 115 degrees.
  14. Pour in the peanuts, dried in the oven.
  15. We put it in shape. We put in the sink with cold water before solidification.
  16. Cooking nougat. Pour icing sugar into a bowl, pour a little water, glucose syrup.
  17. We put on medium heat, stir. Cook up to 120 degrees.
  18. Beat 2 proteins in a mixer, pour in a little syrup, add half a spoonful of salt, add peanut butter
  19. We put the nougat in a mold on the nuts. We put the mold in the water.
  20. Cooking ganache. Put the cream on the fire, heat it without boiling.

  4. Combine the yolks with yogurt, a sugar substitute, beat with a whisk.
  5. Pour the dry mixture through a sieve, beat.
  6. Pour salt into the whites, beat.
  7. Gently introduce the proteins into the yolk mass.
  8. We bake the dough at 180 degrees in a silicone mold.
  9. We prepare and bake the second cake in the same way.
  10. We cut each cake in half lengthwise.
  11. We put cheese, cottage cheese, honey in a bowl, beat with a whisk.
  12. We put the cream in a bag, send it to the refrigerator.
  13. Fill the dates with hot water, leave for 15 minutes.
  14. We clean, fry and grind the peanuts.

  • a glass of sugar
  • one and a half glasses of flour
  • 5 g baking powder

For the cream:

  • can of boiled condensed milk

Preparation:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Beat whites with powdered sugar.
  3. We introduce the yolks, continuing to beat.
  4. Mix flour with baking powder.

  7. Place the dough in a bowl and bake for half an hour. Leave to cool in a slow cooker.
