  • cheese - 50 gr.
  • red and white onion - 50 gr.

  • lettuce leaves - 2 pcs.

  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper

Cooking:

We cut the chicken into plates, tear the lettuce leaves. We cut the onion in half rings. Brynza cut into cubes.

  • cheese-200 gr.

Cooking:

We rub cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. Cut the chicken into slices.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels before slicing. Thanks to this, the meat will not slip, and it will be more convenient to cut.

Pour everything into one bowl. We season with mayonnaise.

There are many ingredients in this salad, thanks to which the salad will turn out to be very satisfying and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • grapes - 150 gr.
  • cheese - 200 gr.
  • potatoes-4 pcs.
  • boiled chicken fillet-200 gr.
  • eggs-3 pcs
  • champignons-200 gr.
  • mayonnaise

Cooking:

We cut the mushrooms and fry them. Potatoes, three eggs on a grater. We tear the fillet into fibers. Lay out in layers: chicken, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Top with grated cheese on top. Place grapes in the center.

Salad with grapes and chicken “Surprise”

Ingredients:

  • grapes-50 gr.
  • boiled chicken-100 gr
  • fresh cucumber-2 pcs.
  • red and green bell pepper
  • spiral pasta
  • mayonnaise or olive oil

Cooking:
