Ingredients:

  • garlic - 1 slice;

  • bread crumbs (or stale White bread) - 100 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the breast well, get wet from moisture, remove the bones.
  2. Pour rusks or bread with milk.
  3. Chop the peeled onion into slices.
  4. Squeeze the bread, chop together with fillets and onion slices. It is better to use a blender for chopping.
  5. Chop the garlic using fine grater divisions.
  6. Add sour cream, seasonings, garlic to the minced meat, mix.
  7. Blind small-sized products, put on the steamer grate.
  8. Cook for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with any side dish you like.

If the household does not favor useful oatmeal, then this recipe for cooking oatmeal steamed cutlets will help you out a lot. Products are prepared on the basis of flakes, eggs, bouillon cube. Many more housewives add spices to the minced meat, with them the taste becomes brighter. The dish goes well with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes are a great option for a light dinner.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • chicken broth cubes - 2 pcs.;

Cooking in steps:

Minced meat can be bought at any supermarket, but I always cook it myself.
Wash the pork and lard under running water and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into four parts, carrots - into slices or large strips.

I always put carrots in minced meat, but if you don't like this vegetable, you can exclude it.
