Such a refueling involves the use of the following components:

  • grapefruit - 1 piece, red and large;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • sugar to taste.

  2. Heat butter in a deep frying pan and add chopped grapefruit with juice there.
  3. Add sugar (to taste), but at least 3 tbsp. spoons.
  4. Boil the grapefruit sauce over low heat with continuous stirring for 15-20 minutes, until thickened.

    Pancake sauce "Vyatskaya pomakushka"

    Cooking process

    In some regions of Russia, for example, in the Kirov region or in the old way in the Vyatka province, sauces for pancakes are called pomakushki. Sweet ones are jams or crushed berries, berries with sour cream, etc. and unsweetened ones are melted butter, melted butter with eggs, frozen crushed cream or milk, etc.

    • butter and raw egg;
    • butter and hard egg;
    • butter and egg in a bag.

    My favorite option is melted butter with an egg, boiled “in a bag”, when the protein is boiled, and the yolk just grabbed and remained soft and liquid. For such a bombshell, all kinds of unsweetened pancakes: wheat, rye, whole grains and buckwheat.

    The site has almost all of the specified options for pancakes and sometimes even several options for each type!

    Boil the eggs in salted water to the desired extent. For the option "in a bag" after boiling, the eggs are boiled over medium heat for 2-4 minutes, depending on their size. Place the finished eggs in cold water for a few minutes to cleanse them better.

    Melt the butter in a bowl on the stove or microwave. In the microwave, cover the dishes with oil, and set the power to medium (300-600).

    Pour the yolk of the egg into the butter, and grate the protein and add it to the butter as well.

    The sauce for pancakes made from butter and eggs "Vyatskaya pomakushka" is ready.

    In this version, the pomakushka was served with interesting dark buckwheat pancakes “Boyarsky”.

    Chocolate dressing recipe:

    1. Break the chocolate into pieces, cut the butter (do not forget to first hold it in the refrigerator, or better in the freezer). Put this in a saucepan and place in a water bath over low heat with constant stirring.
    2. When all the ingredients are melted and fully blended, the chocolate pancake dressing is ready.
    3. Serve warm chocolate pancake sauce with ready-made tortillas. The sauce is very simple to prepare, but it gives a "zest" to ordinary pancakes.

    It is very important to heat the chocolate in a water bath, because this way you will get a uniform consistency of the sauce, which will not stratify or curl up into lumps. Also pay attention to the quality of the purchased chocolate.

    Creamy pancake dressing

    The creamy sauce recipe is also easy to make, but that makes it just as delicious as the previous dressing.

    The recipe for its preparation provides for the following set of products:

    • butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • sugar - 1/3 cup;
    • fatty cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
    • lemon juice - ¼ glass.

    You can make a creamy dressing like this:

    1. Mix sugar, butter, lemon juice and beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Then add the cream and continue whisking for about half a minute.
    2. Put the prepared sauce in the refrigerator.
    3. When the pancakes are baked, put the cream sauce on the lowest heat and, with constant stirring, keep on the fire until the sugar is completely dissolved, and then pour the pancakes over them.

    Banana dressing for pancakes

    So that such a sauce is not trivial, it is better to add honey and yogurt to it. Then you can enjoy the delicate taste of the most delicate pancake dressing.

    His recipe provides for a set of products from:

    • bananas - 2-3 pieces;
    • sour cream or natural yogurt - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
    • honey to taste.

    The cooking recipe looks like this:

    1. Peel the aromatic and ripe bananas, cut into pieces and place in a blender.
    2. Add sour cream (or natural yogurt), honey. Beat the mixture in a blender until smooth.
    3. Place the baked pancakes beautifully on a plate, and pour the banana sauce next to it. Dip the pancakes in the sauce and enjoy the treat.

    Sweet grapefruit sauce for pancakes

    The pleasant astringency will give the pancakes a new flavor that is missing in the previous recipes.

    Such a refueling involves the use of the following components:

    • grapefruit - 1 piece, red and large;
    • butter - 1 tbsp. spoon;
    • sugar to taste.

    The recipe is just as simple:

    1. Thoroughly peel the grapefruit and remove all films on the slices. When cleaning (immediately into a deep plate, because a lot of juice is released), immediately separate it with your hands into small pieces.
    2. Heat butter in a deep frying pan and add chopped grapefruit with juice there.
    3. Add sugar (to taste), but at least 3 tbsp. spoons.
    4. Boil the grapefruit sauce over low heat with continuous stirring for 15-20 minutes, until thickened.
    5. Cool the finished grapefruit dressing and serve with the pancakes.

    The bitterness characteristic of grapefruit will add a special piquancy to ordinary pancakes.

    Sweet pancake dressings are easy to prepare. But you will be surprised at the result, because each recipe is a new taste, new sensations. Don't be afraid to experiment and create your own recipes.

    • berry sauce - wash the berries (if frozen - do not defrost), send them to the pan, let the juice start (and the frozen ones will melt), add a little sugar and fry for a couple of minutes until the sugar melts

    Creamy honey (or whipped honey) was invented in Canada in 1928. The technology of its manufacture is rather laborious - for this you need to mix crystallized and liquid honey. And then, at a certain temperature regime, for 10 days, 2 hours a day, knead the honey with a jolly. After such procedures, honey acquires a completely different state - it becomes creamy, changes color from amber to cream and becomes more delicate. Now at honey fairs we have it began to appear, and some manufacturers produce it industrially. After such beating, it does not shrink, does not exfoliate and retains its creamy structure without changing its useful properties... I do not have the opportunity to stand for 10 days without tearing and stir the honey. Therefore, upon learning about this honey, I rushed to the worldwide network in search of a recipe for making cream honey at home. I found it, cooked it - and got an amazing product! Delicate, airy cream with the taste and aroma of honey, but not at all similar to it in its structure. It tastes great and looks great. This whipped honey is great for pancakes and pancakes !!! My recipe is this "home-style" of whipped honey.
