We put the workpiece in a pre-heated oven - bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. We check the degree of readiness with a splinter / wooden skewer.

In a saucepan, mix the remaining sugar and about 150 ml of milk, heat over medium heat, stirring and completely dissolving the sugar grains. Milk should not be boiled. Turning off the heat, pour the remaining 70 ml of cold milk into the hot liquid - mix. Milk filling or impregnation is ready!
  7. Cool the freshly baked pie until warm or cold, without removing it from the mold, generously pour it with sugar and milk impregnation. The sweet solution very quickly penetrates into the crumb, easily impregnating the porous structure and saturating the cake with milk moisture and a pleasant delicate aroma.
  8. Serve wet milk pie in haste, garnished in random order with snow-white coconut flakes.

Haste pies and jam are always a hot topic. When time is short, but you want something sweet, they are irreplaceable. Fortunately, there are jars of jam in every home, and the only question is what technology we use to cook quick pie... Cooking “quickly” means that you don't have to fiddle with the dough for a long time, and the oven will bake the product for no more than an hour. If at the same time the dough is not only light, but also interesting, then there is no price for the recipe!

Today I will show you two pies at once. One is made like a biscuit on milk (not classic biscuit, but very similar dough), and the second is on kefir dough... The filling is jam both in the first and in the second case: from cherry plum and red currant. Both one recipe and the other are given with step by step photos for ease of understanding and reproduction by any novice hostess.

Whip up pie with cherry plum jam

Airy and insanely delicious cake is baked from dough in milk and vegetable oil. The pastry tastes like juicy biscuit, which does not need impregnation at all. Appetizing pie stuffed with thick jam pleases with refreshing notes of cherry plum and delicate texture of baked dough. A sunny treat, iridescent with amber colors and fragrant with the aroma of vanilla and cherry plum, is not a shame to offer even to festive table, pleasantly surprising our dear guests. This quick jam pie can be made with any thick jam, jam, or a layer of fresh fruit or berries such as bananas, pears, or cherries.

  • flour 400 g
  • sugar 200 g
  • baking powder 1.5-2 tsp.

How to make a sponge cake in milk stuffed with thick jam

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. Chilled egg is used for baking. Take a deep dough bowl. Ceramic cookware works best. Break an egg into it and beat lightly until smooth. Continue whisking, adding sugar over a tablespoon, until the grains are completely dissolved. During this time, the mass will turn white and increase significantly in volume. Season the dough to taste and add the vanillin. Pour in the vegetable oil in small portions, gradually driving it into the egg mixture. Dilute the dough with milk and stir gently. The mass will become watery, bubble, but it should be so.

Add sifted flour and baking powder to the dough. Break up any lumps thoroughly. The mass should become homogeneous and slightly thicker. biscuit dough... Add flour if necessary. Too much batter not suitable for filled baked goods. The jam will simply drown in it, and the pie on the cut will be unappetizing.

Pour the baking dish vegetable oil and cover with paper, which is oiled and flour. Distribute half of the dough over the prepared form. Put the filling in the future pie. Preliminarily discard the liquid jam on a sieve. After a few minutes, the excess syrup will drain and the jam will become thick.

Cover the filling with the remaining dough, spreading it evenly with a tablespoon and smoothing it over the baking surface.

Place the quick pie in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Next, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake the product for another 40-45 minutes. The finished cake should bake evenly and rise well, with a light crust and an appetizing color. Remove the baked goods from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Serve the cherry plum jam pie chilled well, cut into small portions.

Quick pie with currant jam

A delicate and quick pie with red currant jam can be prepared even by a novice cook. When kneading simple test you don't need a mixer on kefir. A regular whisk is enough for whipping. The composition of the ingredients for baking is well balanced and the dough does not require long kneading.

If you have been looking for a successful dough for muffins or pies in a hurry for a long time, then you can safely stop searching and prepare this unpretentious and very tasty delicacy - juicy pie with jam. For filling in baked goods, you can use not only thick jam or jam. For fragrant cake you can take your favorite fresh fruits or berries. Universal dough does not spread even with juicy filling, and the dish is excellent.

How to make red currant jam pie

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and start working with the dough. To do this, break the egg into a deep, dry bowl. Beat the egg with a whisk until airy foam, without separating the yolks from the whites. Spoon in sugar and salt to taste. Beat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

Add vegetable oil to the dough, pouring in a thin stream, and mix it thoroughly. Pour in chilled kefir next. You can use a fermented milk product that is not the first freshness. Mix the ingredients well.

Sift the flour several times and gently add the vanilla and baking powder to the dough. The finished mass should be thick, somewhat denser than for baking a biscuit.

Line a deep cake pan with paper, having greased it on both sides with vegetable oil. Cover the bottom and sides of the mold with a light layer of flour.

Spread half of the dough over the bottom of the mold.

Lay out the filling. Try to pour the jam evenly and smooth it out a little.

Cover the jam with a layer of dough, spreading it out in small portions and spreading it over the surface of the cake.

Reduce the temperature in the oven to 160 degrees and bake the product for about 50 minutes. The cooking time of the cake depends on the oven. With the electric oven mode, the top and bottom heating at the same time, the cake is ready in 40-45 minutes. A well-baked product springs slightly under light hand pressure and has an evenly browned crust. You can check the pastries in the old fashioned way with a dry match or a toothpick. If the cake is baked, the match will come out dry and without grains of dough.

Cool the product without removing it from the mold, and then just cut it for serving.
