How to cook pork in a slow cooker

One of the simplest and in fact a win-win option is pork with potatoes. In a slow cooker, this dish will not burn, dry out and remain moist, which means it will please all family members and even guests.

The same can be said about pork pilaf. True, here it is already necessary to worry about high-quality initial "raw materials" - about the right piece of meat (not dry and not too fatty).

In addition, in a multicooker, even with minimal knowledge and skills, you can cook an excellent roast pork, as well as pork with mushrooms. Well, and already experienced chefs, having completely mastered the multicooker, create any culinary delicacy from pork meat and at all - as easy as shelling pears ...

But I know how you can cook meat deliciously at home and I will not take this secret with me to the grave, but I will share it with you. We will cook boiled pork in a slow cooker.

Pork is meat grated with salt and various spices and baked in a whole piece. Pork ham is best suited for boiled pork, but you can use almost any other, soft and moderately fatty meat. So, they often cook boiled pork from lamb, and Russian hunters have long ago adapted to making it from bear meat.

So, our today's recipe is - baked pork, or pork, baked in a slow cooker whole piece. According to this recipe, it turns out to be the most delicate and very juicy.

Ingredients for cooking pork in a slow cooker

  • A piece of pork per one kilogram;
  • three to four cloves of garlic;
  • four table. l. mustard;
  • two tables. l. honey;
  • one table l. vegetable oil;
  • salt, black pepper to taste, you can use other seasonings.

We wash the pork under running water. The meat can be pre-soaked for a couple of hours so that the extraction of harmful substances into the water takes place. Rub the pork with black pepper salt. We make cuts on it and stuff with garlic. Mix four tablespoons of mustard with two tablespoons of honey and coat the meat with this mixture.

Let the pork stand under the marinade for an hour and a half.

We spread the meat in a slow cooker and fry on sunflower oil in baking mode for 20 minutes on one side. Turn over to the other side and turn on the extinguishing mode for 3 hours. We no longer add oil, let the pork stew in its own juice.

  • 1.2 kg of pork neck;

After this time, turn off the appliance and leave the meat in the bowl for another 2 hours under a closed lid. Remove the pork from the multicooker and let it cool slightly.

Poke a hole in the sleeve and pour all the juice out of it into a cup. Subsequently, it can be used in the preparation of, for example, porridge or noodles.

Transfer the meat to another bag, chill at room temperature and refrigerate. The next day, cut the meat into slices and serve.

Shank roll in a slow cooker: a simple recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg pork shank;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 3 bay leaves;
  • salt, spices.

Rinse the shank thoroughly. Cut the skin on the shank lengthwise and gradually dissect the meat, moving towards the bone. Cut the bone out of the shank.

Beat off the meat with a tender meter or a regular fork. When hitting, pay special attention to thick places.

Mix salt and spices and grate the meat well. To cook delicious meat, the mixture must be rubbed directly into the fibers. Cut the garlic into thin slices and place on the inside of the shank.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of brisket with a layer;
  • 1 head of garlic;
  • 3 lavrushkas;
  • 1 tbsp / l of spices "For barbecue";
  • ½ h / l red pepper;
  • 1 tsp black pepper;
  • 1 tbsp / l coarse salt;
  • some coriander.

Peel the garlic cloves. Cut half of them into slices. Crush the remaining garlic or chop finely.

Finely chop the bay leaf with your hands and crush the coriander seeds in a mortar. Combine lavrushka, coriander, spices and pepper in a bowl. Add chopped garlic and salt to the mixture and mix everything well.

Wash the brisket and pat dry with a towel. Make punctures in the meat and stuff it with garlic. Grate the brisket thoroughly with the spicy mixture, put it in a baking bag and tie tightly.

Place the meat in a special steaming container. Pour 5 multi-glasses of water into the multicooker bowl. Place the pork container on top.

Set the "Steam cooking" mode and cook the meat for 60 minutes. Leave the brisket to cool in a slow cooker.

Remove the cooled brisket from the multicooker, wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 day. Serve with horseradish, adjika or mustard.

How to cook pork with potatoes in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of pork tenderloin and potatoes;
  • 1 onion and 1 carrot;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • salt pepper.

Wash and peel vegetables. Cut the potatoes into cubes about 2x2 cm. Wash the meat and cut into cubes of the same size.


Cut the onion into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.

If the multicooker bowl is made of steel, pour a little vegetable oil into it. You don't need to add anything to the ceramic container. Place the meat in the bowl and turn on the "Fry" mode for 15 minutes.

10-15 minutes after the start of cooking meat, open the slow cooker, add carrots and onions to the bowl and mix everything. Do not close the cover until the timer expires.

  • 400 g of chanterelles, mushrooms or honey agarics;
  • 6 potatoes;
  • 4 tbsp / l sour cream;

Wash the meat, cut into pieces and cook in the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion, chop the mushrooms into slices. Add both ingredients to the meat and fry for another 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • pork belly - 1 kg;
  • French mustard - 4 tsp;
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons l .;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • salt pepper;
  • a mixture of dried herbs - 1 tsp;
  • ground garlic - a couple of pinches;
  • hops-suneli - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix suneli hops with herbs, pepper, salt, garlic. Rub a piece of brisket.
  2. Brush the meat with mustard and cool in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
  3. Slice the onion into rings. Place the brisket in the sleeve. Cover with onions.
  4. Cook on the "Pastry" for an hour and a half, turning occasionally.
