Preparation:

  1. Boil vegetables. Cool and clean them. Cut into cubes and wedges. Leave small boiled beets and boiled carrots to create flowers.
  2. If the sauerkraut is cut too long, cut it as well.
  3. Chop the onion finely.
  4. Combine all the ingredients, add herbs, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Mix gently.
  5. Place a wide glass in the center on a flat dish, with which you will create the shape of a wreath (you can coat it with vegetable oil to make it easier to remove). Lay the vinaigrette in a circle.
  6. Decorate the top with herbs and vegetable flowers. Salt them lightly.

How to make flowers from boiled beets and carrots:

Cut into thin slices, overlap them on a cutting board and roll them up tightly against each other. Cut off the base, making it flat.

  • canned fish (for example, saury) - 200 g
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 100 g
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots. Grate vegetables and eggs.
  2. Open up canned fish, first drain the oil, remove the large bones. Mash the fish with a fork.
  3. Lay the salad in layers. Put the potatoes chopped on a coarse grater in the first layer.
  4. The second layer is canned fish crushed with a fork.

  7. Combine the chopped ingredients.
  8. For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard, add salt, pepper and a couple of drops of lemon juice (optional).
